“The staff there is great! Hats off to Gary, Eric, Chris, Nick , Crystal and Raya! But I’m disappointed with the “higher up”. Please fix the AC in the building! I walked in and wanted to walk out because the air was stagnant. They did have fans going which helped. We all hate to see hard working employees of a big corporation struggle to be at their best while it’s somewhat uncomfortable in the building. With all do respect, fix the AC, you can afford it. I will continue to support this business but not if your employees are not taken care of on a regular basis. They are the ones that make this corporation the money. I have much respect for all of them! Thank you staff for your help and smiles every time I come in! God Bless!”

“Dropped off my Renegade at Jim Riehl’s for a “service engine” light - code was for small evap leak. They ran the test and it passed, so they checked all the rest of the codes to try to find the problem. It passed everything & the light never came back on so they waived the service charge. Crystal was so good about explaining everything to me and keeping me informed. I really appreciate the great people at Jim Riehl’s.”
