Been coming here a long time .... Let's me say they got me in tears, lost my job in pain every where can't help me, ruined my life by losing my job I mean 21yr 40 in all ya I've begged and begged.

Staff I dealt with were kind and helpful with any questions.
Missing stars are for being charged for an unnecessary visit that I misunderstood the need for.
1. Beware of New Patient Visits in case yours is barely covered by insurance like mine was. I'm now out $230 for what I thought was supposed to be a preventative care visit (no cost through my insurance and what I asked for). I called about the charges that appeared after the visit and was told they only do New Patient Physicals (preventative) for people with little to no medical medications/illnesses/etc. Which I quite literally qualify for as I fit all those categories. Completely unnecessary visit that took maybe 10 minutes total. I could have absolutely had the few minor tests and my questions asked at my actual Preventative Care Visit that I had thought I scheduled.
2. Was prescribed a drug that you can buy over-the-counter for much cheaper than prescribed. Another extra charge that I fortunately caught before spending even more money than necessary.
Nice people, but absolutely failed at making sure I wasn't needing to spend that amount of money for completely unneeded visit + meds.

A big thank you to Nicole who works at the desk, usually checking out patients. She does an amazing job always. So very nice, helpful and professional. Also the lady at the front desk usually at window 3 (sry forgot her name, blond hair)checking patients in for dr. Craig. Always goes out of her way to say hello and very friendly. All the ladies there at desk are amazing. A big thank you to all! Great job everyone!

Worst doctor's office I even been to.
Made the mistake of showing up to the lab instead of the office (there was only signage to the lab not the office on the outside door) but that's fine it's on me. I proceeded to wait almost 30 minutes before someone finally decided to let me know that my appointment was upstairs.
I then saw the doctor which was fine and was supposed to get a referral but their printers weren't working which meant that I couldn't get my blood work taken so all of my fasting was for nothing and I would have to do it all over again tomorrow.
The next day I called numerous times to see if their system was back online. Not able to get a person and eventually just left a voicemail that no one got back to me until late in the afternoon.
Eventually they were able to draw my blood, but then there was something wrong with my specimen after waiting almost a week for the results.
So they callously wanted me to come in again and fast for a 3rd day as if it was no big deal at all...
I know this wasn't their fault per se, but this was the only place where my tetanus booster shot caused such a reaction that I had a baseball lump and a fever for the next 2-3 days.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I know they will claim it wasn't their fault because they got hacked, and maybe they are a suburb facility otherwise, but this was my experience.

I have known Dr. Craig for over 30 years.. He is by far the best physician I have ever worked with or seen as a patient. His office is outstanding and gives excellent medical care no matter who you see. The office staff is pleasant, caring, and very helpful with any of your needs. Dr. Craig‘s secretary Michelle is excellent and always follows through with whatever she’s working on for me. I couldn’t ask for a better place to get my healthcare. Thank you all for what you do for me and everybody else that goes to your office. We appreciate all your hard work and dedication.

I started going to Romeo family practice when I was in my twenties. Dr Curtis Craig. I've been with him all these years and now I'm 70. He always goes above and beyond to help you when you need it. Recently I was very sick and he called me at 10:00 at night. And it was a Sunday. Thank you so much Dr Craig you are the best. ❤️

Cornerstone Romeo Family Practice is such a wonderful experience. The staff are so nice and very helpful. Dr. Craig is always gentle and he listens. He is not like some doctors who talk over you. He makes you feel like you are a team and leads you to good health. The nurses are also so wonderful very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere el!
