Warren woods vet was fantastic with my 2 dogs. They were actually listening to what was going on with my dogs and didn’t try to take us for everything we’ve got. They are caring, compassionate and have great personalities. I highly recommend them. I’m thrilled I finally found a place I feel comfortable bringing my animals.

LOVE LOVE LOVE !!!! Thank yall so much for giving me a great experience. My kitten Snowball loved the vibes ❤️ Thank yall so much for being so kind and gentle to my 4month year old - we left out with a educational goodie bag that had tips as well on how to take care of my kitten. The area was very clean with a pleasant smell , and most importantly the staff was very respectful and informational.

I had such a fantastic experience. The staff was so nice. They answered all my questions thoroughly (I had a lot!) and explained everything well. It was a great experience for myself and my beloved cat. I had some concerns and more questions the following day and they got back to me right away and helped ease my worries. I would definitely recommend.

I paid about $1200 to get my female dog fixed. When I showed up I signed a paper stating it would be $750. After the surgery I was given the actual price and the nurse said that the $750 is where the scale starts for pricing and that she was sry for not telling me beforehand. After calling around I believe I was extremely overcharged and will not be returning. I was very happy with the service and the way they treated my dogs otherwise.

From making the appointment for my dog to the actual visit even one was professional and
, kind. The doctor was fantastic!!!!! Took the time in explaining my dogs results and overall health. Excellent experience.

First time going to this vet a week ago, facility was nice, front desk staff was friendly, however when my dog and I got into the room the visit felt very rushed. I was taking my dog in for a post op er visit due to cluster seizures, I had a lot of questions to ask as this is all new having an epileptic dog now but my dog was anxious so I felt the tech and vet wanted him to be done with the visit as he was crying and barking loudly. The tech was nice and gave me options for new flea and tick and heart worm medications which I purchased, the vet came in and was out within 5 minutes. She was nice but very short with the visit. The entire visit took maybe 10 minutes, I ended up having to take him back to ER for seizures this week where I had the ER doctor and staff there answer all my questions. We will try again here when seizures are controlled.

My dog got really sick. They were able to get me in same day. The staff was very compassionate and even didi a follow up call 2 days later to make sure my fur baby was improving.

My whole family has been coming here literally since 1988. Before I was even born. We’ve brought 30+ animals here over the last 35 years.
Recently, my husband brought both of our dogs for a routine appointment. Without checking their files, the vet tech proceeded to talk down to my husband and call him an irresponsible owner over a vaccine that had never been even offered. He then spoke to the office manager, who asked us to give another chance. We were then sent an absolute joke of an “apology” letter from said vet tech, who took absolutely no accountability for how she spoke and acted.
He then came in and got all of our animals files printed off for us. Now there’s a few insulting notes that the last vet also decided to leave for us.
Needless to say… never coming back. Neither is the rest of my family. Even the ones who have moved, they also will not come back if they end up moving back. We will be going to a different vet from now on.
If I could give 0 stars… I would.

Important note: we have been going to this business for 4+ years and my extended family for 10+
Recently took my animals there and the vet tech informed me of a vaccine that one of my dogs did not have and said I was irresponsible for not getting it done( no one informed me or offered it. Confirmed by their office manager). The vet tech then tried dragging my dog on a lead when the dog was obviously scared and uncomfortable. Overheard the vet and vet tech in the hallway talking about my dog and the lack of vaccine after I pressed them on it and heard the vet tech say how she had already checked ( no she didn’t). When I reported this to the office manager she assured me this would be handled and asked us to give warren woods another chance. About 2 weeks later I received a letter in the mail from the vet tech mailed from Warren woods saying she is sorry I felt that way but she has no recollection of these events and that she cares for all animals that come into that office. This letter took no accountability for the way she spoke to me, what she said, how she treated my pet, and certainly did not take accountability for not flipping a paper over to double check. I am so insulted that this became that I took things the wrong way when she didn’t do her job, and frankly was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to give Warren woods the benefit of not typing a review and letting them handle this but the fact that this vet tech sees nothing wrong with how she handled the situation and the fact that the managers talk ( if one occurred) did nothing shows me how little they care about the pets that come through and their owners. Don’t get me wrong there are genuinely good people that work here and 70% of the staff has been amazing however it only takes a few bad apples to spoil the bunch, I do want to thank everyone who works there for taking care of my animals. But to the vet and vet tech that saw my animals on may 18th I hope you learn and grow from this.

I took my dog in for spots that he was getting all over and ear infections which he has quite frequently I was very pleased with my visit, they were very professional and extremely detailed about care both tec and dr wood were excellent and I appreciate it that dr had us wait to check out because a bigger dog was in waiting area, so thoughtful since my little dashound had been attacked in the past by a pit bull and has been in fight or flight mode ever since his trauma, so that was extremely important for us! Appreciated all especially them making the time to see my dog on short notice, when my normal vet “ harper woods vet hospital wanted to put him off two weeks! I might not return there because warren woods was so good and noted that it was very clean and they do a heck of great job of sterilization after each pet visit 5 stars!! ? this is “ Chance “ and great job to warren woods vet hospital

It ended up costing me over $1000 to get my 1 cat shots, spayed, and microchiped. They didn't tell me what all was included in the spaying process and what the total cost would be. Staff was friendly, but cost and communication were not so good.
