I visited the store today, I went to place an order for cupcakes, there was a girl who help one customer, she never acknowledged that my daughter and I were standing there for over 18 minutes. There was another young girl who was having a conversation or argument on the phone while pushing bakery items on the cart. She just walked right by and didn't acknowledge that we needed help. This Walmart location is horrible, it seems that there were so many people walking around doing nothing. My daughter and almost was hit my a young boy pushing a cart really fast and not looking where he was going, he didn't say excuse at all, he walked away.

I ordered my weekly groceries and again ended up with rotten sweet potatoes. Walmart does not care to deliver rotten potatoes. I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. Sterling Heights WALMART intentionally DELIVERS rotten molded expired produce and severely dented cans. It is obvious that the shoppers are instructed to pick the oldest food. The customer reimbursements must come from the corporate office funds, and not their store. So, there is no incentive to deliver fresh food. I've saved so much money by CANCELING MY WALMART DELIVERY MEMBERSHIP. Cancel yours too. Walmart customers deserve better!!!

The door lady saying goodbye, literally watched me at self check out, watched me pile my bags on my arm, my purse on my arm in a 15 pack of Sunny D carried it while pulling grocery cart that I was going to return asked for my receipt I had to unload everything out of my arms even though I said, I don't even have to actually show it to you and she said I know and some people don't. why why why are we so mean to each other. come on we can do better.

The worst experience ever. Ordered a tire. Made an appointment..... took them 30 minutes to even bring my car in. Meh... ok. Then they tell me I ordered the wrong size. No I didn't, here's the order. Well, they sent the wrong size..... this back and forth went on for a while like an abbot and Costello who's on first. Finally a manager gets involved and they show me the fire. It isn't even the same brand I ordered. I asked them several times, did you look for the correct tire ? Finally, with me and the manager standing right there.... They looked. Wow... hey, there's my tire. Correct size correct brand. Cool. We are an hour into this fiasco. Tech finishes, gets my paperwork and keys, sitting right on the counter. They text me it's ready, and I sat for another 20+ minutes to get checked out. The same gentleman who kept telling me I ordered the wrong tire checked me out and as we were walking out the door.... I ask him.... So, I didn't order the wrong tire ? ... no........ no apology, no humility, nothing. 1:45 minutes later I'm out. For one tire. ONE ... with an appointment. Horrible.... Just horrible.

If I could leave a score for nasty and disgusting it would get 100 stars the bottle return area was completely disgusting the trash is overflowing all over the floor there's carts with trash and bottles and water bottles everywhere more than half of all the machines were out of order due to the bins being full only two actually still worked the floors were sticky there's trash and garbage all over the floors and then when I go up to the customer service representative to ask about the bottle returns that it wouldn't read the barcode she didn't even look at my returns and automatically told me oh if the machine isn't reading to barcode we don't sell it so I had to take all my bottles back into my car and then when I asked her what was going on with the returns slips she tells me that oh you can't return bottles because the bottle return areas closed and I told her no it's not I just returned bottles so I would not come here would not shop here the employees are rude and disrespectful and they don't really even care about what your concerns are or what you have to say they turn around quickly and just walk away or they look at you like you're stupid so if you enjoy going to stores where you're treated like a moron and talk to like you're a child and you don't get any service or help with any of your questions or direction of anywhere in the store go to this one because the employees don't know anything about their job

Only worth 1 star for the 3 people I had to hunt down to help me. Item I was looking for stated they had 5 in stock. These 3 people searched for me after I had to walk the store twice. I was informed that customer service isn't open and no one will answer the phones. These 5 items, baby gates, were not locatable. On my way out I saw the store manager who should have been working the customer service desk instead of standing around. Added, I called the next closest store 3 times (website claimed they had stock) and I was hung up on each time.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. As A Senior operations manager myself, I can tell you their management practices are completely out of line. The store manager is nowhere to be found, ever. Good luck calling, their phones do not work. If you place a delivery order, you will never receive it and then have to contact corporate office for a refund which you'll be waiting five days to receive that. I will never return to this store in my life or any Walmart again. Clearly they have serious staffing/management issues that need, addressing on a corporate level. Where is the area Director or VP of operations for this region? Someone needs to look into this store! Completely mismanaged. It is sad to see Walmart. Stoop to dollar general service levels.

Although this store needs a lot of attention with both people and presentation, you do have some good workers and one outstanding leader named, Destiny. She exemplifies, knowledge, courtesy and care to both customers and her fellow associates. She is wired for success.

Stopped by to pick up a few office items for our store. Parking lot is all torn up and blocked out front. Most if not all of the shelves look like someone came through and tossed each shelf in a frenzy. $8.88 for 2k in raffle tickets for an event at work, that's about 1,900 more tickets than I need. At least self check out is quick and easy here.

Stock your damn cat food! The shelves have been bare for 3 weeks! Everything else is stocked decent but nobody ever stocks the cat food!
