Very short staffed pharmacy and extremely disorganized. Forget about making online appointments for vaccines, they do not even attempt to adhere to the scheduled time. One hour after my apptime finally someone helped me. The techs have very poor attitudes and are just plain rude. As a side note, the store is very dirty. Sitting at the pharmacy you can see the floor is divert, dirt on the baseboards and paper tossed on the floor. Skip this location.

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Pharmacy techs and pharmacist rude and with attitude. Argued with pharmacist about the insulin I'm taking. Listen lady, YOU'RE A PHARMACIST, NOT MY DOCTOR. DO YOUR JOB AND FILL THE SCRIPT!

It’s as if someone hand selected pharmacists with the least amount of competence and put them all at this location. You could bring in a prescription for a multivitamin and they will spend 4 hours dissecting your entire medical history from birth, speaking to your doctor for verbal confirmation only to then accuse you of being an addict and proceed to not dispense it anyway. Not a single, rational thought to be found here, folks.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative score I would. 1 star is way to good for them. The pharmacy staff is horrible. My father had shoulder rotator surgery today. The surgeon electronically sent his post op medications. When my mother went to pick up the medications the RPH mozeno (not sure how to spell his name) told her the medication “rejected” for a quantity DUR issue. Now I work for the insurance in the pharmacy department and review the pharmacy claims so when my mother told me this, I pulled up my fathers claims just to see the medication NEVER rejected, it in fact was covered and paid. When we went back up there the RPH proceeded to argue with me and tell me I dont not know what a DUR reject is as if I don’t work for the insurance company and build plan benefits. Long story short the medication never rejected there was never a DUR issue for that claim or medication, the RPh just did not feel comfortable filling the medication. He told us to have the doctor call him and after he speaks with the prescribing doctor he will fill the medication. An hour later the doctor called us to inform us he spoke with the RPH and he told the doctor he will not fill the medication. My father is fresh out of surgery in pain and not able to get his medication because this rph “feels uncomfy”. It’s not like my father fills pain meds often bc he does not. I have worked in pharmacy both retail and insurance for 13 years. I understand not filling a script if they feel the patient abuses the medication or something along those lines. But that is not the case here.I have used this pharmacy for over 15years and it’s extremely sad to see how horrible the customer and patient service has become. They do not care about the customers or patients.

I would like to thank the cashier who was very pleasant on my visit on January 19th. I had left my id behind and she put it up for me. Also the manager who was on duty on the 21st of January who took time to look at the security footage to verify my id was still thwre. Im just sorry i didn't get there names. Great customer service!! Thank you again.

There is an Indian pharmasict her name Tahira, I guess, she is so rude and disrespectful, she does not know whats the meaning of custmer service. She needs to be trained to know how to respect and deal with people.

My influenza shot appointment was at 9:45 am on a Friday morning. I got there 10 minutes early and had to wait another 30 minutes after the appointment time even though there were 3 workers and just a few customers. I would not recommend this Walgreens location at all.

No wonder its rated poorly. Walgreens charges you 15$ or more to take a photo and print out a couple of 2x2s. I took my own photo and laid out a few 2x2s on an 8x6 and set it to pick up at this location. After getting an email to pick up, I go there and they scratched my pickup package barcode with a note that says "Do not sell to the customer".Apparently they have a "rule" to not sell such photos, which is completely fine but my issues are1. There are no notifications on the website that mentions this rule. If they did when I uploaded, I would have totally understood.2. After printing it out, they could have just said "My order" was cancelled,because its agains the rule. However, I get an email to come pick it up, why?Never taking my business to Walgreens and definitely never to this store. The recent 2 positive reviews might be the employees or friends of the employees, there is no way this Walgreens provides a 5 star service.

Where can I start amazing pharmacy and great staff Riham and Joey went beyond for what me and my family needed they truly care about their patients and their well being. The pharmacist truly knows his medicine he described every possible side affect of my medicine and went beyond to make sure he had listed everything for me. Have been going there for years and This will forever be my pharmacy the staff is truly extraordinary.

This Walgreens pharmacy is a nightmare. Called in my refill, waited in line (because the inside was closed) for an hour only for them to close 2 cars ahead of me. So I went the next day and they didn’t even have it ready and couldn’t do a full refill. Stopped back in 5 days later and their credit card machines didn’t work!! Waiting in line now because once again the inside is closed. This is unacceptable and I’ll be taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I wish I can give them a Zero star. Terrible Terrible pharmacy. I requested another pharmacy to transfer my prescription because Walgreens did not have the one my doctor prescribed. The other pharmacy called me and informed me they called Walgreens 9 times within two days and no one answered from Walgreens as if Walgreens were blocking them. So now I have to go in person to pickup the prescription or have my doctor send another one to the other pharmacy. I'm almost done with what I have and maybe out of what I need.Also previously it took them over a month, and this is after I kept calling, to tell me they cannot fill my prescription, and they did not transfer it upon my request so I asked my doctor to send another one to another pharmacy. In addition, they seem to think it's okay, without calling me, to fill a prescription with a different generic brand simply because they didn't have the one my doctor prescribed so again I had it transferred. I'm so done with this pharmacy and I'm transferring all of my prescriptions from there. Very disappointing.

Took a loved one for the Covid Booster. They didn't have her online appointment in their system, luckily we had the confirmation email to prove she booked it. They said they would still honor it, but proceeded to make her and 4 others wait for nearly an hour and 40 minutes.I had an appointment at a different Walgreen earlier in the day and was out in 20 minutes. Don't recommend this pharmacy

The Walgreens app told me I had 3 prescriptions ready so I went to the pharmacy. I waited in the drive thru for 27 minutes before someone finally came and asked if I was helped. Then I was told they only had 1 ready and I should come back in 2-3 hours for the others. These prescriptions were all from the same doctor sent 2 DAYS prior. Completely absurd. There’s no excuse for this happening with the app or with the pharmacy.

We frequent this Walgreens for grocery odds and ends as it's near our house. This review is for the pharmacy at this location.I scheduled online to have a flu shot at this location. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment which I did. I wasn't seen until 30 minutes past my appointment. There were 5 people behind the counter without a dedicated person working the Register. I understand the times we are in but cmon. The person at the register asks me for my info and then tells me they don't accept my insurance. It's a flu shot. I have BCBS OF MICHIGAN. Why wasn't this communicated when I registered online for an appointment????Total waste of time and I won't be back here for any prescription needs.I would avoid this location's pharmacy.

This review is for one of the pharmacists at this Walgreens (13&Ryan)who is consistently calm, knowledgeable and helpful. One of these days, I’ll have to get his name so I can give him my due appreciation for all the work he does with empathy.
