I would give lower if I could. Twice now, hours after my dr send in a prescription they claim no record of it. This is for an antibiotic my dr want me to take after a knee procedure. Waiting a day or two is useless.. I have never had a good experience with this place. 5 cars in line at the drive through, 8+ people in line at the window inside. I miss RiteAid.

They don't answer the phone. Be prepared to be on hold for 45 minutes and/or disconnected several times before you finally speak with someone.

I came to this pharmacy to receive my wife’s medicine, and she desperately needs this medicine. I went to the driveway and waited for more than 12 minutes, and then I decided to enter the pharmacy myself to receive the medicine, because the car in front of me was very late and wanted to delay more, and my wife is still in pain and needs the medicine. When I got inside, the employee told me that it was time for lunch, which starts at 1:30, and I told her that I had been here for more than 10 minutes in the carriageway, and you were the ones who were late in handing over the car in front of me, knowing that she had seen me in the cameras outside, and I told her, “I need medicine now.” Because my wife is in pain and she told me with all the ugliness that it is lunch time, go now and come back at 2 o’clock!! ? Is this humane and ethical behavior by people working in the medical field to help sick people!!? The woman was white-skinned, slightly obese, and wearing glasses. On the fifth of April 2024 This is why I will never deal with this pharmacy again

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. My medication is out of stock everytime I come here which is confusing because I literally get it every month. Like wouldn't it make since go order considering you have a customer that picks it up each month. This place is the worst

Spent 45 minutes on hold, just waiting for a transfer. People kept picking up and putting back on hold. Patients need their meds, it's an easy call, and they refuse to make patients lives easier

if I could give zero stars I would on 4/14 I was told I had Covid and my medication was sent to Walgreens so I go to Walgreens and they make me wait an hour for my medication and then they tried fighting me on my card not working due to their new card systems. They made me go inside just for my card to work in the end. I decided man after this encounter I'm going to transfer to the cvs they have WAY BETTER customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need to be better to their customers and have compassion. It seems like they're always just rude and it's rare to have a nice man or women assit in this pharmacy

i wish I could give this place a negative rating. the gentleman main pharmacist (if he's there any more) is very kind And helpful and there is one other woman who has been there a handful of years who is pleasant but anyone else has been horrible and so rude. the last 2 times have made me never want to return. the time before this there Was a line of cars we waited for well over 40 minutes in. When I pulled up I noticed the woman was starting to close up the pharmacy when there were 3 cars behind me. She took care of me and before I pulled away I made sure she knew the long wait and those 3 cars behind me had been here waiting majority of the time. She said ok - then as I drove away closed the pharmacy for the night. Today I had to return because my dr sent my script here on accident - same situation where I was in line for over 30 minutes, this time as I pulled up for my turn when there were 4 cars infront of me before my turn and 3 behind me, I watched the pharmacist walk out, and I'm assuming she was shopping in the store for over 10 minutes before returning never once even apologizing for the wait when she knew I watched her walk out. I just don't get it. I understand help Is tight andpeople are tired but it costs literally nothing to be a good and kind person, you never know what the person on the other side of that window is dealing with and they may be picking up medication that keeps them alive, so just be kind and Treat us how you would expect someone to treat your family if it was them picking up a prescriptio.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the world. They constantly tell my husband on the phone that his script is in stock, just to show up and they do not have it after promising it to him. Last month we went through the drive thru and after taking his name, date of birth, and payment, the tech handed him a script for someone else. It was not even his and was a controlled substance. This is beyond illegal and the pharmacist Mohammed just brushed it off like it was not a big deal, just a mistake. We will be reporting this and he should lose his license. They are incredibly incompetent, slow, and have no clue what they are doing! Stay far away!

It's a Walgreens they had the phone sharper I needed as I left mine at home In Virginia. It's what you expect at Walgreens and the phone charger price was reasonable.

The service has been very slow lately. Long lines also. When they tell you a time to pick up your medication its much later than when you get there.

Worst pharmacy ever! DO NOT COME HERE! You will be made to wait days for important prescriptions that literally take only 10 minutes to fill. The pure laziness of the 5 pharmacy employees is shocking. Not sure what they are actually doing every day if not their work. They keep telling you to come later to pick up a prescription only for you to come later and it still not be ready. How many times can you do that to actually sick people? Do you really want them to keep coming back over and over again and coughing throughout the store? After finally complaining and making a fuss is when they tell you to wait 30 minutes and then having it ready in 10. Just close the pharmacy if you don't want to help people.
