On hold for over 30 minutes just to be hung up on. Still on hold as I write this. Switching pharmacies as soon as someone answers the phone

I have been on a phone for 45 minutes waiting to talk to somebody and they keep telling me there's three callers perform me extremely poor service you need to get automated service very poor service

They don't answer the phone. Be prepared to be on hold for 45 minutes and/or disconnected several times before you finally speak with someone.
