Eric helped me out a lot. The last location charged me extra for bad parts. For this location I told Eric about what had happened and he gave me a discount for new parts. He helped me out a lot and saved me.

l went in and they were happy but when I left I was dissapointed. They told me 5 days my truck would be done. But than it tooks 15 days. I went by them to complain, but then they finished so fast that my truck makes noises and they didnt screw on the nails properly. I dont recommend you to come her. They dont understand anything.

I purchased a remanufactured spicer 7 speed transmission from valley about 6 months ago. I paid local truck mechanic to install. We are a local company so we dont travel far. Within 2 weeks 100 to 150 miles 6th gear had gone out! I hired another mechanic to remove transmission. We dropped it back off at distributer to send back to valley. They took it apart and told me it was our fault and they were not going to warranty. Said I could pay 1700 to get it fixed. I have another bucket truck with same transmission and we have had it for 5 years with no problems.

ZF gear box for Volvo 2008.....well...2 of them replaced and leaked very badly...than let them do the job on a third one and after less than 15 months gear box start leaking again...complained and writing mails but no answer....after Valley replaced gear box TCS light came on and nobody cant fix it again ,not even them after complained about that....so finally guys AVOID THAT PLACE IF YOU CAN...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY....
