I came here for an oil change, and while the service was fast and professional, I wasn’t expecting a few upcharges that ended up bringing my bill to $99. It would have been better if the extra charges were mentioned upfront, so there were no surprises.

Been coming here a while for oil changes never had a problem, have had my car for 10 years they suggested a radiator flush and coolant change that cost $100, did it a month later my engine severely overheated I take it into a different shop they said my radiator was leaking and nearly empty, cost me $1750 to get a new radiator, coolant lines, and thermostat. Would not recommend this place anymore
Response Edit:obviously you don’t take responsibility for your service and actions with this response. Was obviously a slow leak, if I left and it was empty it would overheat in a day or 2. I came here may 4th happened June 26th.I’ve had this car 10 years never had a problem was never low before that. Thank you for the $2000 oil change essentially though I appreciate it.

Went here a few months ago and they told me my mazda had a screw that was stripped so they couldn't change the oil (something to do with it holding the oil pan or something idk about cars) but the manager was able to take it out with some trying and put a new bolt in there. But then when I went home I noticed over a few days my oil was leaking like crazy. Went back and they told me the bolt they used was the wrong one, so they put in another bolt. This one worked but it took them a while. No charge, I appreciate them acknowledging their mistake and working to make it right.
4 stars however, because a few years ago they changed my oil and left the oil rag stuck in there. How do I know it was them? I only get my oil changed here and after the next oil change, it was gone and they didn't mention anything. Probably assumed I didn't notice.

Walked based on the prices list they have after they comply the oil changed they charged me extra with the excuse ohh this new guys we assumed he told you price will be more. I will never go back there and don’t recommend this station. Store manager contacted me after I left he was so nice and refunded the extra charge.
