Horrible service. Why are you placing small packages on the floor? I shipped two packages back to Amazon and only one of them is showing scan information. I’ve never had this happen with any of my returns before I’ve never had this happen when I went to the Gratiot location. This location is absolutely awful, not to mention that they don’t have an available manager their because apparently Randy decided not to come in today.

called in the morning to see if they had a notary, they told me yesterday until 6 pm. I had a friend leave work early and changed a bunch of plans between different people to get there by 6 pm, but when I got there they told me the notary left at 4 leaving me not enough time to get to another UPS store.

UPS makes things simple. If I don't know what box or bag to use for shipping, they do.
It's just always an easy procedure with UPS.

I was greeted by an associate at the 11 Mile UPS Store and I told her that I was making sure with my phone that I was sending it properly so I stood back when I was ready I walked up to the counter and a Gentleman waited on me and he was very helpful and very good at his job I recommend 11 Mile UPS when you want to send or return a package
