Such a poor job. They never get the car clean. Windshield had stuff on it. They don't change to dry cloths often. Just a sad job on washing cars. Don't waste your money here

Two lazy men working this morning half way washed my car. Get the machine fixed when I'm driving out. It's too many other car washes in Mich to come here.

$20 wash and the car is always left dirty and soaking wet. Free vacuums are nice though.

they put the cone right in front of my car before I pulled up and told me they were closed… what the hell. I was there since 7:50.

I would give it 5 stars IF they would clean my running boards off without me asking. This applies to the location near 12 Mile and 24. Other locations do that without me asking.

Just took my car here today to finally get the last remnants of winter salt off. I’ll be coming back. The service was great, all the staff I interacted with were very kind and informative, and the car looks fantastic!

Jax is one the best places I have ever taken my vehicle too. Although, there different locations don’t all hold the same quality. They are overall a great company. I prefer the 12 mile and Schoenherr location. They have always been very kind, talkative and polite.

Terrible experience at Jax…we were late for an appointment to sell our vehicle and realized we forgot to wash the car lol! we were desperate and Jax was near by, we normally pay $2 at our wash but was horrified that it was $10 for a single wash! It was literally highway robbery and we were practically blackmailed into paying $25 a month!…we tried to back out but didn’t have much choice…we needed a wash in order to sell our vehicle. We pulled in, put it in neutral and the rollers kept jamming and going under our tires up and down like a roller coaster…workers kept accusing my fiancé on not putting it in neutral but it clearly was and had no foot on the brake. It was horrifying…never had an issue at other washes like this in our entire life. It was a literal nightmare…fortunately we did sell the car. Thank God!

I seen a review about the short dread head boy. From my personal experience he was a very well mannered and efficient worker. The car wash as a whole was average, nothing special, I would return and I’d say it got the job done.
