I'd like to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. The interaction with a particular female staff member was quite unpleasant due to her demeanor. Additionally, it's been challenging to find the energy drinks I prefer, as they are frequently out of stock. When they are available, the prices seem considerably higher than other locations. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance customer satisfaction.

Multiple pumps have been broke for months. Just went to fill up at what is supposed to be a working pump, and it didn’t stop. After gas leaked out of the car, I realized this was an ongoing issue because there was litter on the ground. I reported the issue to the manger, and her response is that all you had to say. No one cleaned up the dripping gas.

Came by this location on my way home, this location was closed, mind you after going to 14/Groesbeck and finding that location closed as well. Ended up going to 7 -11 at 14/Hayes. Oh thank heaven!!

Cashier had an attitude because I asked a question about if they were accepting 50s or 100s. Fix ur machine or what ever it is, I’m not going to be coming back after that especially when they haven’t been able to accept big bills for a week now. Mobil 1 is 10x better.

The worst customer service ever! Marsha the store manager is rude and completely miserable to everyone that walks in there! No wonder the rest of the store clerks are miserable I mean look who they have as an example!!!! Would definitely recommend going anywhere but here!!!

Usually my go-to Speedway, but it would be nice to be able to get my morning coffee consistently. The overnight clerk randomly decides to close the store for 30+ minutes. This photo was taken at 4:28AM on 6/21/2024.

Staff is always friendly and the store is generally pretty clean. One of my favorite locations in the area.

Great speedway, all but 1 of the workers are friendly and helpful. Sadly, one employee is all it takes to sour an experience. Can't even be helped to bag an item for the customer.

This location can get busy at the pumps but rarely are you waiting long... There is parking for just running in and out is in a safe location.. They keep it well stocked and it is fairly clean

This speedway used to be amazing. But as of recently the last few months. They basically never have breakfast food in the morning. They have next to nothing in the coolers most of the time. Another time I called and someone was a complete jerk to me on the phone because I was calling to see if they had breakfast sandwiches available before driving there because if not I'd rather go to the 14 mile schoeneherr location. 13 mile and hayes speedway has become trash.

The Asian guy is hilarious, awesome interaction with customers. Significantly, he seems to have all the right answers as well. He gave me confidence and motivation to overcome and move forward. I did and the following day my email was overfilled with job offers.
