I Live In Downtown Detroit I Came Way Over There On 12Mile /Hoover Just To Do My Laundry How Glad I Was This Laundry Mat Was Extremely Clean The Staff Was Extremely Nice And Helpful And When The Washer I Was Using Just Stopped Like Literally Froze While Washing The Young Lady Politely Stopped What She Was Doing And IMMEDIATELY Came and Figured Out What Happened It Had Something To Do With The Machine I was Very Satisfied This Laundry mat Wasn't Crowded There Wasn't Any Sitting Watter On The Floor's Actually There Staff Consecutively Sweeps/Clean There Washers/Dryers Are All Up To Date((BRAND NEW))) I Even Was Allowed To Bring My Service Animal They Never Gave Me Any Problems About My Service animal I Give This Laundry mat 5 Stars And My Opinion Other Laundry Mats Could Learn Some Things From Them (((Oh And Tuesday's They Dry For Free) Although The Day I Went Wasn't Tuesday Lol Then Also On Tuesday They Have Half Off on There Jumbo Washers (((( I Say Signs Posted THAT'S HOW I NO

I really like this location always been a regular since they opened very clean setting and environment for most part all the staff here are cool even guy with colorful hair but the overweight middle age Caucasian lady is rude and nasty not coming when she here point blank period

Beautiful place of business. Very clean, staff is friendly.
There are multiple size washers and dryers, for all load needs.
You are able to pay in 3 ways; on the app, at the counter and staff will start the machine, or the old school way with change.
The app is simple, download, add payment method, then click camera button on the Home Screen to start machines. The app is useful because it lets you know how many machines are available. Good way of knowing if the establishment is busy.
They do ask that last load be at 8:30 pm, to ensure proper cleaning. They are accommodating, so please call if you are going to be running late.
Any questions don’t hesitate to ask the staff.

Ms. Lakita is the most kindest soul, helpful and she keeps this place immaculate!!! All that was missing was a sink but besides that AWESOME!!!We r traveling and went to 3 other Laundromats, all a hard pass before we hit this jackpot. Tues is free dry and load specials on Wed & Thurs. We will always come back when we r in town. Thanks for all your help and courteous during our errand day of traveling ❤️❤️❤️

5/30/2024 The owner of this establishment is so very kind, nice, and really give awesome customer service. Today he went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciated it, and this was all on a phone call. Once I arrived at the establishment I walked in to a very clean and fresh environment. There is a lady that manages the laundry mat she is extremely knowledgeable, hands on and willing to help and service the customers very well. As the night was ending she was cleaning and making sure all the machines were sanitized and shined up. The floors are very clean and well kept. I was very impressed with this business. Thank you to two amazing people ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I drove 7 miles out of my way to come to this laundry mat with the hopes that it was as clean as the previous reviews stated. I was very happy to see they were all true. This place was not only spotless, the worker was unbelievably helpful a d friendly. He was cleaning the machines when I came here and as soon as I finished washing he was there wiping them down again. I will ONLY come here moving forward. Thank you for your customer service.
