I had scheduled a week ago for today, with no trouble. I had inquired about certain services previously over the past several months, until finally scheduling an appointment. The technicians and staff had taken my car in relatively quickly, directed any concerns to their respective resolutions, and were willing to help me understand anything that previously been ambiguous. Despite being unable to get my requested service completed—as it would require additional parts (which although I may disagree with, I have no experience in identifying wear on parts)— I was provided with a full report on the alignment of my vehicle's suspension along with the parts that were recommended to replace. They were also spot on with whether my vehicle had an accident and where, asking me about it, to which I had affirmed. They did not force me to pay for the services before returning my vehicle to me, nor did they cause any sort of unnecessary trouble as does Belle Tire with their work. I did, however, pay for the $25 full inspection fee, which I can do gladly. I've been charged similar fees at other businesses that gave me no information and no feedback, and even caused trouble. Solid business, would recommend, very professional and courteous, straightforward and transparent (in my experience). Guest lobby has some nice infographics available to look at.

I have been taking my cars to Showecase for an awhile now. Paul and the mechanics are amazing. Paul will take the time to investigate the issue and the nice thing is that as a customer I don’t have to worry if it’s the right diagnosis. That’s a wonderful feeling knowing you will get your car back and it’s fixed. Just drive away. Trusting mechanics is not easy, but Showcase, has proven over and over that trust is at its core.

***Came back to edit my review because somehow it managed to get WORSE. I had my muffler replaced TWICE by this place less than 4 years ago. I only went there because of my warranty to begin with, and they replaced my muffler. Less than a year later, the muffler had a hole in it and I went back. They said it was a "defective muffler" and "replaced" it again.Fast forward 3 years and last week the muffler FELL OFF MY CAR while I was driving. Unbelievable. Especially considering the rest of my review below with the other things they did wrong...The absolute worst shop I've ever had work done at. DO NOT GO HERE.Brought my Jeep into this place for an exhaust/heat shield issue, chose this place because of my warranty. Left my car with them for a week only for them to slap everything together in a matter of a few hours. $1400 worth of work “done” and EVERYTHING was done wrong. Had to have it done again and instead of calling and complaining or bringing it back in, decided writing a review would be more helpful for others. And I obviously don’t want them touching it at this point whatsoever because even more things went wrong on my front end not even a week after picking it up from this shop. They didn’t even use cotterpins on my balljoints. Even the brakes weren’t done right. The heat shield fell off while driving. Absolutely despicable work.Do not go here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just came here for the first time and got my breaks, rotors and control arms done. Paul was very professional and took great care of me through the inspection, pointing out what was needing to be done. Great prices, honest guys and quick service. Can’t ask for any more! Definitely will be back for future endeavors.

Paul and the team at Showcase Auto Care Center are absolutely amazing. I called Monday morning complaining about a noise coming from the front passenger side of my vehicle. I told them that I needed the car back by Wednesday evening to make a 10-hour drive. They told me I can bring the car in right away. By the end of the day they called me with the diagnosis (needed a new right front brake caliper and pads/rotors all around) and immediately quoted a reasonable price. By Tuesday afternoon, the car was completely fixed and ready for my long drive.I can't thank Showcase Auto Care Center enough. I wish I wasn't moving out of state because it will be hard to find another shop now that I have such high standards based on this experience.

Wish I could give this joke of a place 0 stars! I have insurance through my lease and called to see what places accept this insurance, they gave me 3 closest to me and I ended up here. All I needed was a windshield replaced because it was cracked and before it got too cold I wanted it fixed. Called and they said i had to bring it in for them to see. Ok, fine, scheduled the appointment for a Tuesday morning and was told 3-4 hours. This is my only vehicle so perfect, I work at 5pm so leaving me plenty of time to pick up and continue about my day. Then after the quote they said the had to charge me to put the camera back on and for the rain protection so a whopping 220$ just for that. At this point I'm like ok it's on there so it should be included because it's how the manufacturer made the car so why wouldn't that standard in replacing it be extra. Ok. Whatever, I should've left then but it gets way worse, closing in on around 3pm I still haven't heard anything and I call them, the receptionist said she didn't know and will call me back, we'll an hour later I finally get a call saying it's not done, after a 9am drop off. They say that the camera that they were charging me to get put back on couldn't be put on because one guy that does it had not shown up. And I'm just now getting a call? Ridiculous, so now I have to Uber to and from work. Can't take my kids to school or pick them up the next day either. That alone was awful. Now the next day, I call again, still no communication and here we are 3pm again and this "guy" still hasn't shown up! Like ok how is any of this my problem? And how are you fixing this? We'll the solution that was offered was to take it somewhere else for an additional 150$! The next morning! Are you kidding? Then magically this guy shows up while I'm on the phone furious that a 3 hour job is 3 days! Then they call and say it's ready well at 5 o'clock now I'm again at work. So I go to pick it up the next day and they tried to charge me 370$! I'm like no, I have the quote and I did not agree to that, they say well if you want your car that's what it is! Tried to say the "guy" can change his price whenever he wants, well he can but you can't charge me without notifying me. I paid them to get my car because I was alone, but no regard to how I was treated and taken advantage of and unapologetic to all the inconvenience it caused. Don't deal the shitty scum they have as customer service from this place, and there was no corporate number to call.
