The worst store I have ever been. We bought some clothing and we had a receipt .It was returnable in 30 days we brought it back to exchange it they said no.Talk to the manager he said that’s our policy in the store and the manager was asking other shoppers if there is any other store that will let people return or exchange pajama So people I don’t recommend this store they will rip you off. I will never go back there again either me or my wife or anybody in my family and friends!Don’t recommend this store to anybody.Family Dollar is better store!?. 0 STAR Don’t recommend this store.

This store is the worst im so glad they closed down all the other locations now they need to close this one i have a reloadable gift card that i got right before covid hit and it still had $17.00 on it i could not use my card because of covid and than i did not have a way there i went to use my card only to find out that this company steals your money off your gift card for non usage they have no right to do that the money was put on there by the person buying the gift card it was not theirs to steal i will be happy if they go out of business

I had a terrible experience at this place (Warren, MI) and I wish I could give them zero stars. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. I purchased shoes from this place for my daughter, they (both the left and the right) broke after two days and the customer service said "she messed up this product" and refused to return without the tag (who would keep the tag after using the product). I would not recommend this place to anyone.
