The middle eastern male cashier working the night shift on Thursday, October 12 was beyond deplorable. I was stranded with no gas after working my last delivery nearby. Unfortunately shell gas station was the only place closet to my immobilized van. In front of the Chrysler plant. Immediately when I went in I explained my situation to him thinking he'd be empathetic, respectful, keep things easy for me during an awful situation and be kind as the customers were. I took the best container I had in my car and filled it cup completely, but my large van required me to make multiple trips into the store. As I crossed the 8 lanes of traffic to fill my tank I got covered in gasoline. It was cold and each time my van just wasn't ready to turn over yet. I tried to message people close to me for help but this event took place right after 12am. I wasn't getting responses. I was doing all I could with all I had. The other customers saw how horrible my situation had to be and were super kind. But by the 4th time I came in the cashier tried to bully me by acting as if I was just an annoyance. As if I wasn't someone trying take care of their vehicle at the one closest spot meant for that service. As if I wanted to be in that situation and I had nothing better to do. He started by questioning if gas was really the issue. I'm paying for that and I told him it was from the beginning. Once I filled it up enough I was able to make to a better gas station down the street and fill it up more. Before that he began to reject the container I was already been using to fill up my van. I didn't make a mess on either of my trips to get the gas and I let him know I was already limited. Why make a terrible time even harder. Another guest felt awful for me in my situation so they had the heart to purchase me a gas can. I felt bad that experience for the both of us occured, but I'm absolutely gracious not all people are bad in the world. When I put the gas in the gas can and tried to use it the gas at my van it began to spill worse than with my original container. So I tightened the base of it then tried to pour it in again. However when I noticed nothing was coming out. I attempted to take the nozzle off again. Yet it wouldn't budge. I wasn't strong enough and already covered in plenty of gasoline. So I had to go back to the gas station where there was fortunately a male who was able to do it. The male didn't even have a second thought about it and I deeply appreciate he did because I tried multiple times to do it. The only one that had something snarky to say was the cashier. He was like omg you can't do it? Trust me sir I didn't want to keep going in either. Who would want to knowing someone will be terrible to them? After the gentlemen got I poured it without the black nozzle which was the same way I did with my original container. Most of it got in but I still had some left. When my van still wouldn't turn over I felt defeated. Then another amazing stranger pulled up behind my van to check in on me. I was thinking maybe it was other stuff as well like they suggested maybe it was my starter. I'm glad it wasn't and I'm glad I didn't completely give up on trying to get that gas out the can. Cuz when I tried to turn my van over once more. It actually began working! So as I was in tears, I enthusiastically hugged the stranger for stopping by to help me then he suggested I definitely should get more gas. So I filled my van up down the street at the marathon on 9 mile. My van definitely needed more gas as if the multiple trips I took to shell wasn't nothing. I finished more deliveries and got home safely. I would of went to shell once my car was moving if the cashier was more compassionate to his customers. It was closer but due to his actions their competitor got paid instead. Why work in customer service if you do not care for people? There was even a point where the line of people were starting to grow in the store because he wasn't tending to us. Management

Great gas prices. Always clean. Public bathroom. All the candy and drinks that you want. One stop station you can get everything you want at once.

Clean gas station on corner of busy intersection. Has an A & W attached which is conveniently located.

Very rude attendant. Won't take back the bottles they sell. Only one dollars worth. This will be the last time I put $70 in my tank here.
