I visited to negotiate a KBB offer for my car. They were very professional and very understanding that I wanted to consider all my options. I did end up selling elsewhere, but would not hesitate to work with them in the future. They described all the factors that contributed to their pricing and were very fair in their assessment. As someone who went at least part way through their process to sell my used car to them, I would feel comforted as a potential buyer knowing they are only looking for quality cars to sell.

Idk about the bad reviews but I certainly had a very great experience and would highly recommend turning In leases here all day ! I called them up and they offered me 3k cashiers check on top and they take the vehicle out of my name and purchase it outright. They ended up giving me 2500 which I understand because the windshield was cracked. But literally in and out with everything in under an hour. They even gave me a lift back home. So I would say if you want out of a lease definitely look into here might even make positive equity like i did.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible service, They will give you high hopes when you call, message and look on website but upon arriving to their lot everything you thought you knew on them it's probably wrong and a waste of your time. Upon researching/calling through 10 different cities and autosales/dealership stores in north, south and west of Detroit, Ryan's Auto Sales ranks up there in one of the biggest rip offs. They purchase used vehicles at their market value and resale them thousands over priced knowing people will purchase the vehicle and no guilt of overcharging/ ripping people off. Thankfully we didnt fall for the bait as we did our research and eventually came across multiple dealerships with better quality and truth in their service leading us to buy a car in less than a day compared to their 1 week paperwork at Ryan's. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
