They charged me for repairs that were never properly done, and every time I brought up an issue, they made excuses instead of taking responsibility. It feels like they were more interested in overcharging and scamming customers than actually fixing cars.

Watch out this place you will asking to fixing parts that don’t need to be fix , they quote for 8000$ to fixing the front strut and said whole front are bending , I go to other shop getting fixed for 700$ and nothing was bending

Scammers they will fixed your cars with old parts and waste your money and time , took my car there and right after 1 week start to happen same thing again asking them to fix but after 4-5 month nothing calling back and asking them how long they said don’t know lol , come here if you don’t want drive your car for a while

I used Ron's Auto care again for my car issues. I had major work done on it ..Again I had a excellent experience with the communication regarding my truck , was promised my vehicle by the end of the day on Friday and obligation was met. It comes back clean which is a plus ! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle there. Even for small issues, oil change, tire rotation , ect as they are reasonable. Highly satisfied....

This place was so amazing and fast. Very friendly and very thorough drop my car.Off as they were closing they called me the next day to tell me the issue and fixed it within just a couple hours and I was able to pick up the same day. They even worked after hours to get it done and it a very fair price.They did not even charge me for the diagnosis of my vehicle. I will be returning but even gave me a warranty.
Update, I picked my car up on Wednesday morning after getting these parts re placed. And now I suddenly have no heat the next morning. I take it back in to be told that I now have a leak in my anniversary line. I had to pay another $400 to get this leak fixed. I take it back home. And I'm driving and I'm driving and I hear a cloaking noise in my front suspension and find out over the weekend after I have somebody else.Look at my feel cold and now I have a bad front stripe.I called the company and they said there is no way that they could have broken it.So I'm not really sure but I know.I'm really mad that I paid so much money.And every time I got my vehicle back there was another issue.

First of all, Ron's auto care is trustworthy and that's very important for me. They are friendly and didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. They are thorough but finished in a day. Prices are fair. I'm definitely going to return.

Long story sort- best repair experience in a long time! Hass is the man. Two bad turbo charges on my 2012 F 150 went out - we replaced the exhaust manifolds while he had it torn down. They also helped me with the warranty claim process and dealing with the adjuster. Thanks again Team Ron’s
