Very satisfied with my purchase. The experience was great. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything I didn’t want and my salesman was nice and understanding the entire time. I recommend everyone to go there for all there furniture needs!

Was our 1st time coming to Romeo & Juliet Furniture. Excellent customer service answering all questions & not pushy. Bernie & Carl were very professional, knowledgeable, understanding our needs, patient & friendly. Delivery was excellent & very prompt & helpful. We love our two new couches & are excellent quality & price was great. We will come back again & highly recommend this store. Romeo personally took his time to call us to help donate our fairly new couches to a veteran's organization that made my husband happy & they were on time to pick up these beautiful pieces since we are seniors & could not move these ourselves. Thank you to all!

I really appreciate Carl’s customer service today. I really appreciate his patience and time, for letting me coming in about 10-15 minutes before the store close to do a purchase. Will come back again and most definitely recommend. May God continue to bless this business!

No greeting no speaking when walking in the door. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Where are we? In LA/Hollywood? WTH? Everything is the store is over priced $1900 in up. Are you guys serious? Some of the brands that you carry I never heard of. Smh greedy thanks R&J

Walked in wasn't harassed by sales men was asked politely if we needed and help and was left to shop from there when we were ready they were more than helpful and accommodating the whole experience only took 30 mins from the time we walked in till we left after buying a couch

DONOT BUY ANYTHING FOR THE STOR OR ANY STORE RELATED TO THEM THEY WILL BRING YOU BROKER FURNITURE AND THEY WANT CHARGE YOU MORE TO REPLACE THE BROKEN PART.
