Went in there just to pick up my medicine and it was freezing in there everybody that worked there wearing coats this is not the first time it happened not the second time I would say five or six seven freezing cold

My daughter and I had scripts sent over for pneumonia at 8pm. I went up to the rite aid and was told it would be ready by 11am the next day. I called at 11:30 and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I wait an extra hour on top of the 30 minutes and proceed to go to the pharmacy. Once arrived I'm told it's still not ready and proceed to wait for another hour in the store.

I pulled into the parking lot at 956 n they already had the door locked n were all standing there waiting to leave. Well screw me for not running up to the door I walked up at 959 n was denied entry. I wonder had I actually ran to the door n got there at 957 if they would have let me in then? I'm guessing no since the register was most likely shut down. I know im the A hole who shows up last min but before 10 is before 10 i should have been let in. This happen every night? I'm pretty tempted to show up tomorrow at 955 n see if im allowed in...

4 hours to fill 21 ibuprofen 800's. The pharmacist even lied saying they just got the script when I was on the phone with the dentist 2 hours and 15 min. Never going here again.

The pharmacy staff are the most unprofessional rude. STICK UP THEIR YOU KNOW WHAT. Every month I have an issue with them. My prescriptions, only 2 have always been the same haven't changed in years, but somehow its a monthly problem with them. they are grown adults acting like children. with no manners and they are full i mean full grown adults. WHEN THE OWNER REPLIES TO THIS REVIEW DON'T TELL ME TO CONTACT CORPORATE, PLEASE GO AND FIX THE PROBLEM. SERIOUSLY GO AND FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE PHARMACY STAFF. START FROM JANET, BRIAN, AND THE OTHER 2 TECKS. Thank you.

I was greeted by a very nice employee and the store is fully stocked with average prices. I wouldn't use their Pharmacy AT ALL!!!!

This review is for the pharmacy worst service ever he wrote on my script that he wasn’t able to fill stating it’s been wrote wrong I can’t it fill it by law I told him if you couldn’t fill why would you ruined my script I could’ve taken it to different pharmacy he said I’m the pharmacist I have the right to do what ever I want , the second day I took my script to a different pharmacy they called the office making sure from some info they did fill out the scrip that he ruined up by writing on it worst service ever I will never go back there again
