I've been patronizing this place for the past 15 or so years. I'm not a young man. I just had my Driver's license recently Renewed, and they told me they couldn't sell me any alcohol or beer. Because my Driver's license was expired by 3 days (I renewed it 3 days ago). I will never go to ANY Rite Aid as long as I live. Dennis, you are not a very good manager. You have been working there for many years and know who I am. Nice doing business with you, never again!

I wish there were an option to give zero stars. I don't know what the issue is recently, but the entire pharmacy is a complete and utter mess. There's one male pharmacist who is extremely competent and n the nicest person alive, but the other technicians and pharmacists don't know how to do their job at all. I asked them to enter a code for a discount and they were clueless as to how to do that. I had to call back later and spoke with the gentleman who easily helped me out in a matter of 2 minutes. I called the pharmacy asking about a rapid strep test which is advertised at the exact pharmacy I called, but the person who answered not only seemed baffled but was completely unhelpful. They told me I had to schedule it online and were not able to even give the slightest devices to how I might do that. I was able to to schedule my appointment for that same day but when I showed up at the pharmacy not only was I ignored for a good chunk of time, but after all the waiting and despite the fact that I called ahead 15 minutes before the appointment time they told me that the tests were expired, something they should have told me ahead of time to save my time and effort.
Avoid at all costs.

This rite aid is very good all the staff is excellent,except for Sandy . She talks rudely when I call and when the prescription comes, she says it didn’t come.her manners need to change for customers

I really needed to pick something up this morning and they were supposed to be open at 8am. I was there at 8:09 and the manager was just opening up the door to come in for the day and then locked the door behind her. Lights were all off. I would have liked to have gone in before work. It sucks that this store doesn't open at 8 am alot lately.

Lol weird I placed a pick up order I called the next day because I hadn’t gotten a email or anything on 7/17 I literally had to call 6+ times to get a update everytime I called someone answered and said nothing the continuously hung up, whatever. Called pharmacy and then got someone then the front answered smh long story short he didn’t pick the order and just really disorganized. When I went to pick up women in store were friendly but still idk should be more thorough

This rite aid is ridiculous. I would come here weekly spending money. I finally had a return for generic rite aid clear eyes for two bottles. One container I didn't have the box but the other I did & of course the receipt as well. I paid with cash & I was told I can return one & get 7 cents & they wouldn't return the other one. THIS IS FOR A EYE SOLUTION generic rite aid products THAT BURNS THE CRAP OUT OF MY EYES & doesn't do what it states which is provides relief & clears redness. I've had lasik surgery in my eyes which can get easily irritated on a daily basis. This experience was ridiculous on multiple levels. After speaking with 3 employees ℹ voluntarily walked out with my 2 bottles of horrible solution I paid $8 for that they want to give me 7 cents for!!!

The front store staff, including the management, needs to be completely replaced. Short and unhelpful, and if you stop in to shop, you are clearly bothering them.
