Wow! You guys used to be very good with prices and working with people. Don't get me wrong. They're still good people far as treating you nicely but they are unfair when it comes to service. You guys can't change prices in one week. I call for a price B4 I bought car, quoted , I get the car a week later and it went up $45 and one and a half weeks that's wrong .. I'm still going to give two stars because they still are my people that good people but they need to practice better service

I don't recommend buying from this place they always send you wrong parts and they don't want to replace it for you

Do not pay for your parts before you look at them they will charge you a restocking fee 20% is ridiculous. If they give you the wrong part and you pay for it upfront and try to give it back before you leave the building they will charge you a restocking fee check your parts before you pay for asked to see. Stuck with a part because I refuse to pay 20%

VERY POOR 1ST IMPRESSION ! CAME RECOMMENDED FROM A FRIEND SO I TRIED TO USE THEM, 1ST OFF THEY CHARGED FOR DELIVERY, THAT WAS FINE, BUT RECEIVED THE WRONG PARTS. WOULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY BUT ONLY OFFERED IN STORE CREDIT. WHEN ASKED TO RETURN MY CHECK SO I COULD PAY CASH FOR THE OTHER PARTS, THAT WERE CORRECT THEY TOLD ME NO!. INSTEAD I HAD TO DRIVE TO THEIR FACILITY THE NEXT DAY, TO GET MY CHECK AND PAY CASH FOR THE CHEAPER PARTS OF THE BUNCH (2parts out of the 4). ALSO THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THEIR CHARGE FOR DELIVERY EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO DRIVE TO GET A REFUND, NOT A BIG DEAL IT WAS ONLY $10. I WILL NOT DEAL WITH OR RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY !

I called looking for a alternator and the person that answered the phone was completely and utterly rude. When I mentioned that his prices were too high for them to be after market. He began to tell me they weren't. They were rebuilt well isn't aftermarket rebuilt. I must know. I mentioned O'reilly's in autozone. Price was almost just as his and he had a connection fit. He went to telling me about how bad their parts are. Well sir, your attitude was bad enough for me not to come.

This is a horrible place to work, unless you enjoy verbal abuse. They talk down to you as if you were property not a Person. That's why they are Always hiring, a man wants to be treated like a man regardless of position in the workplace. I was terminated over a few drops of coffee, immediately took responsibility and was enroute to cleaning up when I was Barrated like a child, then sent home. Quality parts, yes, Quality people, not so much. It's They're lack of communication skills is mostly to blame, the only people management respect's is management cause they're all family, while the rest of us are just, lower than a means to they're end.

Zero stars. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Every single person in there is rude. The service is horrible. Make sure you take a day or two off of work to grab your parts because you will be here all Day. I was sitting waiting for my parts for over half an hour. After confronting the guy that brings parts out about My order he lied and said he called my name over five times. Do yourself a favor and do not use this place. The five star reviews are a lie.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. NO ONE SPEAKS AMERICAN. I STARTED OFF BY TRYING TO MAKE A SIMPLE PHONE CALL. WAS BOUNCED AROUND MULTIPLE TIMES & EVENTUALLY HUNG UP ON.SO I DECIDE TO STOP BY AND SEE IF I COULD GET THE ANSWERS I WAS LOOKING FOR. AFTER WAITING IN A VERY LONG LINE, I THOUGHT FINALLY MY TURN. SO I WAIT FOR 2 MEN 2 FINISH TALKING AND HEAR ,"NO PROBLEM TOM".. So he says Can I help u? I say I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH TOM. IM HERE TO PICK UP A PAYCHECKWAS TOLD TO ASK FOR TOM.HE LIES N SAYS.. TOM isn't here and the check will be mailed. It's been over 3 weeksUnfair labor practices/

Don't believe the rating. Worse customer service to start. Rude and disrespectful. Thought it was maybe just the one person I talked to but after several calls it's clearly not the case. Also if you have to put "Quality Parts" in the name it's the last thing you'll be getting. Google really needs a zero rating. One star is to much for this place.

Sold me the wrong parts, which happens and I get it. But when I called to have the issue resolved, the staff was very rude, as well as when I returned the part in store, the guy who helped me was extremely short with me. It's run by Arabs and they will help the Arab customers before you in store if you're not Arabic. Definitely racist, would not recommend going here.
