Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They always take their time to talk with me and not at me. The store is organized and they have a lot of gear in stock to buy on the spot or order online. Performing is super personal to me so I like a shop that has personal touch too. This is that shop.

We just got back from an event in Detroit, and we used ProAAL, the price was extremely reasonable. We had Andrew as our tech, he had the responsibility of helping us with three rooms. He made all of our lives so easy! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire an AV company.

We used Pro Audio and Lighting for our Benefit Evening fundraising event, and they did an amazing job. The staff was great to work with- they created a beautiful stage set-up and provided excellent audio and visual support, as well as a DJ for the evening. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the evening. They were very professional, and we received lots of great feedback regarding our event. It was a success thanks to the team at Pro Audio and Lighting.

Everyone who works here is very knowledgeable and patiently helps troubleshoot. You can tell they really value their customers and are dedicated to ensuring a happy experience. They've got up to date equipment and some really cool lighting options.

Our production was switching from rental to owning our own equipment. I went to the store and told them our basic show layout and they recommended what gear fit what we needed and made modifications to the recommendation based on our budget. Tom kept me informed all along the way and made sure the equipment got to the show on time. But the best part was the equipment they recommend exceeded my expectation and worked seemlessly. As our show grows. I will continue to use them for all my audio and lighting needs.

These were our go to guys and then Andrew started saying he would call me back and never did i called the store and the "manager" said he'd make sure he calls me but it never happened. Every time I would call they would say Andrew is out of town or on vacation. He came out to our church and helped and when we called back to spend more money and some up lights and a few more things its like they didn't want to work with us any more. I am really confused as to what happened. Maybe its because our church is in Pontiac I am not sure. But God placed a gentleman at our church who was able to show us how to adjust lights and we will purchase lights from a new company that has kept their word so far.

Pro Audio and Lighting did a complete overhaul of our arena sound system at Suburban Ice Rochester. Rob and his team were quick to respond in all instances and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They provided us with the best options, great pricing and worked as quickly as possible to order and install our new system. We cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed working with them!
