Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They always take their time to talk with me and not at me. The store is organized and they have a lot of gear in stock to buy on the spot or order online. Performing is super personal to me so I like a shop that has personal touch too. This is that shop.

We just got back from an event in Detroit, and we used ProAAL, the price was extremely reasonable. We had Andrew as our tech, he had the responsibility of helping us with three rooms. He made all of our lives so easy! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire an AV company.

Staff is friendly and professional. They handled the lighting and sound for our commencement ceremony, and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend!!
