I purchased my first Cadillac from Prestige Cadillac. My sales person Michael Berra is the best! He was a lot of fun to work with and helped me through the buying process. He even delivered my car all wrapped up. It was a great experience. I love my XT4!!!

I went to Prestige Cadillac and was referred to Henry Flakes, Jr. and had a tremendous experience. I shared with him that I was in the market for a vehicle and previously leased a vehicle from Genesis Cadillac. I went to my previous dealer first and the sales consultant didn’t want to work and did everything opposite of what I was asking.I then go to Prestige Cadillac and Henry is phenomenal. I received all that I asked for and was within the price range I wanted to be. Henry thank you for providing first class service. I will refer people I know to you because I know you will take care of them as you did me! Thanks again!!!!

it's been days since I been at the dealership and let me say worst experience with service and maintenance on car. they return my vehicle in the worst shape and now charging me for there inconsistency. don't buy car from this dealership it's a rip off. Thank you

I chose Prestige Cadillac over another Cadillac dealership in my area. I am absolutely elated with my experience at Prestige. I appreciate exceptional customer service and that’s exactly what I received from my salesman, Mr Henry Flakes and the Prestige staff. I highly recommend Prestige Cadillac.

I just recently leased a 2024 Cadillac XT4 sport. Mr. Henry Flakes was a joy to work with and made my experience very easy. He got me exactly what I was looking for and made me feel very special throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. I'm loving my new XT4.

I purchased a 2021 XT6 from Prestige Cadillac. The overall experience was probably the best experience I had in over the 40 years that I have been purchasing automobiles. My salesperson Danny Toma has to rate up there with the best salesperson and experience that I ever had. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product, he was also very helpful in explaining the various aspects and answered questions that made my purchasing experience a pleasure. The staff and ownership participated in the delivery of my automobile that was a production that was award winning. I would highly recommend Prestige Cadillac and my top of the line Salesperson DannyToma.

Hands down, this was the best car purchasing experience ever. The staff made sure I received any perks or deals that Cadillac had to offer. I really can't mention enough great things about the wonderful attention our family received from our amazing salesman Henry Flakes at Prestige Cadillac. His low pressure, matter of fact approach to sales made buying our car a very pleasant experience for us. He definitely went over and above starting with helping me find the best model option for our family while keeping an open mind that every car he showed me had it's high points to consider and appreciate. I could have bought either choice of the cars he showed me and been completely satisfied with my purchase. We had a few hiccups during the process with getting some of the paperwork we needed to gather for our trade in which involved making a few phone calls and bit of a suspenseful waiting period that the sale depended on. I was on edge about it but Henry is so patient, cool and laid back telling us this stuff happens, don't worry it'll be fine and of course it was. We are 2 days out now and really enjoying our new ride. Prettiest car we have ever owned and first new car purchase in a long time. Thanks to Henry the sweat is gone off the brow so he was right, it all worked out! I highly recommend his services as a sales specialist at Prestige Cadillac. We have a new friend and the name of this dealership says it all. Thank you Henry and Prestige!

My new and very clean CT4 was broken into and stolen a few months ago, got it back and got this dealership, the ones who leased me the car, to repair all the exterior damages and broken glass all over the interior of the car. I thought out of anyone I could go to, the dealership would provide me with the best service with getting my car back to a good condition. Initially they said it would take a few weeks to repair, but it turned into 2 months. Towards the end I got impatient and started calling but they claimed that, among other reasons, it was taking a long time because they didn’t have anyone available to clean the interior. When I got the car back, I was shocked at how much glass was (and still is) left inside. It isn’t just the crevices of the car that have glass(although there is plenty of that); door pockets have small shards just sitting there, but worst of all, opening the center console revealed a giant mound of glass and a nose piece for glasses left by the thief from months ago(I have never worn glasses, the nose piece is not mine). Below is a photo of it. I’ve already cut myself numerous times due to simply running my finger along a seat or surface. Clearly they utilized all of that extra time delaying my car to the best of their abilities. Truly a joke of a dealership, do not work with these people.

The first time I brought my vehicle in to the Prestige service department I had a good experience. I had brought my vehicle in for a service bulletin and also to check my leaking tire. Aisha in service was very helpful and kept good communication with me. When I picked up my vehicle, she explained to me that the wheel was cracked and needed to be replaced. I did not have my road hazard warranty information with me so I planned to set up a new appointment to bring my vehicle back. Shortly after this, I hit a large pot hole on these beautiful Michigan roads, and I knew that I was going to have to get multiple tires replaced. I made another appointment and brought the vehicle back, and also included my road hazard warranty information. This time I was working with a different advisor, I do not remember her name. I gave her my warranty information and also the previous repair order information for the cracked wheel. I also requested a four wheel alignment, and I expressed that I would pay for that out of my pocket if the warranty company would not. The next day she called me and informed me I need all four tires replaced. I approved the job and was told my vehicle would be done either later that day or the next day. When I asked about the cracked wheel there was a long pause and it was clear that she had forgot to include that with the claim. She said she would call the warranty company back and let me know. Fast forward to six days later, I still had not heard anything, so I called and asked what was going on and was told by someone else that "Sorry you weren't called, she is on vacation but your car has been done" This was upsetting because I had a rental car that I was paying for out of my own pocket and ended up paying for it for 4 or 5 extra days than I needed to. When I picked up my vehicle I again asked about the leaking wheel and was quickly told "oh the warranty company denied it" At this point I just wanted my car back so I paid my bill and picked it up. What is even more upsetting is that I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change to another dealership (Not another Cadillac nor luxury brand dealer at that) and I figured, what the hell, lets try claiming the cracked wheel again. What do you know, within a few hours it was approved and the wheel was replaced and I was on my way! I found this very odd, so I contacted my warranty company and found out that there was never any other claim made for my wheel. Not cool, I have worked at a dealership before and I understand that service advisor is a stressful job and that people make mistakes. I would have just rather the service advisor at Prestige be honest with me and tell me she forgot and I would have understood. I understand I didn't purchase my vehicle at Prestige (my 4th Cadillac among also owning BMW and Audi) but I was hoping to establish a relationship at Prestige since I work in the area but it's tough to consider bringing my vehicle back there for service or to purchase my next.

I had scheduled service at PRESTIGE CADILLAC and lay me tell it was anything but PRESTIGE.... They had my Cadillac XT4 from 12 noon till 5:30pm for an Oil change and to check a sun roof issue. It was a ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. i took 1/2 off work to take it in and Nobody called me to let me know the status.. this was my 2nd experience same type of lack of a service. I called at 4:30 to see what was going on. they had not even done the oil change. Shuttle service had ended. I was upset to say the least. Don't buy or use this dealership- HORRIBLE

Service department is HORRIBLE!! I had an appointment at 10:30am. I didn’t leave there until 4:45pm. Other customers were there as well WAITING for more than 2-3 hours for oil changes and tire rotation.There was a young lady I’m assuming she was the office manager walking around. This was the part where I thought she was unprofessional. I was talking with another customer we were discussing how SLOW and Horrible the service department was. She overheard us saying that someone was rude. She finally come over and ask the customer “how long have you been waiting” the customer responded “I been here since 1:00pm for a oil change and it’s 3:45pm. Her response was that’s not long let me see what’s going on. Not once did she address my concern.Know when I first starting going there for service they were pretty good.If you plan on going there for service my suggestion would be 1. Bring your breakfast, lunch and dinner 2. Do not plan anything around your service appointment. 3. I would call other Cadillac dealers to see how long is the wait.Lastly, I would like to thank Robert K. Brooks for being kind, understanding, and listening to my concerns. Now you probably need him looking over the service department and let him walk around and address everyone needs.
