I took my car at the dealership because it wasn’t turning on, the service department is terrible, they made as of the place I got an oil change from over filled my tank and it spilled into the motor, kept it there 4 days and did not diagnosed it, charged me $181. The place I got the oil change from took the car and fixed it in 2 days, and guess what it wasn’t the oil change, it was electrical. Do not take the car there for any repairs or buy from them. Very unprofessional, not sure who they hire as mechanics.

My wife and I worked with Nate Christie and had a great experience. Nate was professional and courteous. He was patient and helpful and made the entire experience pleasurable. We highly recommend you talking to Nate if you are considering a Cadillac.

Mr. Henry Flakes and all the people at Prestige Cadillac were excellent! They took care of me and also my guests. They gave me an excellent price and even followed up with a phone call, making sure I knew that my financer had changed and when to expect my payment booklet. They gave me a good deal!!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Escalade from Kathryn Hughes at Prestige Cadillac. From the beginning, Kathryn was attentive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The delivery went smoothly and we were on our way in an hour. I highly recommend you start with Kathryn if you are looking for a new Cadillac. You won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately I hade a bad experience on my last visit. They made me wait 2.5 hours to charge my car and then the manger Jeff came back to tell me we are sorry our fast Charging port is not working!!!!!!!! I asked him why you did not tell me before you waste my time so I can take it to charging station somewhere else because I have an appointment and I just missed! but he just replied with irresponsibility (what you want me to do, it’s not my fault )!!!!!!
I would just tell you that this person does not value time!!!

We had a GREAT experience with the staff at Prestige Cadillac. But I would be remiss if I didn’t send a special shout out to MY Salesman MR. HENRY FLAKES. We informed him what we were looking for as well as our financial situation. At the end of the day and less than 48 hours, not only did I get the car that I wanted but he and the staff worked it out so that we can afford it! I am grateful to him and the entire Prestige team for making the impossible, possible. I can’t thank you all enough.

My experience was amazing!! Mr Henry Flakes Jr gave VIP service. I showed him the vehicle I was interested in and Mr Flakes did a full presentation of what the SUV was equipped with. He made sure my concerns were taken care of immediately. I had full confidence that he was not just interested in a commission but he wanted me to be a satisfied customer. The funny thing about my experience is I really wasn’t looking to buy my vehicle on that day. Mr Henry Flakes Jr was such a phenomenal salesman that I walked out knowing I was coming back the next day to sign paper work. I appreciate you so much for listening to me and providing the best customer service I’ve experienced when buying a car.

I just stopped by to check out the used vehicles. They were closed. Normally, when I look for a new used car, it takes me 4 to 5 months to find one. I have to stop by to see if they really want to sell a car! Lol, I saw a Caddy, I really liked, but it's out of my budget! However, I am hopeful we can work something out! I get back to you after i sit down with a dealer !

I came and got my oil changed. Dominic seen that I had a few recalls and he got them done for me within 1 hour. I mean from past experiences a oil change would take at least 3hrs. But since they hired a new team I can tell the difference in service quality. Keep up the great work and i will definitely be back to get my vehicle service by Dominic. Dominic is a great addition hope he stays there for the long haul. Great work Prestige

I had an opportunity to go to this dealership for sales and service and all I can say is that after horrible experience I won't even drive in front of this dealership or on Vandyke. Customer service or courtesy is not in their dictionary. Stay away from this dealership as far as possible. My experience with every other GM dealership is top of line. I would highly recommend they remove the word "Prestige" from their dealership name.
