My experience with Pole Postion was excellent. I'm back in love with my truck. I didn't know she could look this good again. She's riding well. I have a 2010 Lexus Rx350, she's old so I thought she wasn't going to look as good. I hit a garbage can and the curb to prevent from hitting a dog that ran out in the street. I'll always go here and recommend everyone that I know. 1000/1000. Thank you all so much! Excellent customer service. Hugo thank you again!

They did a wonderful job fixing and painting the front fascia on my 2019 Trax! They were very fast and efficient. They even noticed during their inspection that I needed my AC fixed! Awesome job!

This Pole Position Auto Body Shop is GREAT! The came highly recommended to me from my Macomb Elks Lodge on Schoenherr & Frazho. They are very friendly & they are very polite! Took my Prius LE there. They were fast, efficient & friendly! Price was perfect too?

Got struck by a deer. My beautiful truck is ruined, will never be the same. Found pole position after reading the many great reviews, looking for the best place to take my baby. From the first conversation to picking it up, Pole Position lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Not easy, I am super picky. I want perfection. Pole Position delivered. Flawless paint matching/blending which was most important. Mitch/Hugo are all about customer satisfaction, they understood all my concerns and handled them precisely with top skill and communication. Used all OEM parts, and as a bonus detailed my truck like it was day 1 off the lot. Hats off to the technicians for taking great care like it was their own vehicle. Its hard to find competent, trustworthy people who care about your satisfaction. Without a doubt I recommend this shop. You do not have to look any further or have any concerns about getting the job done right. Pole position is the place. Hands down, these are great people to work with. Would not go anywhere else.

Bob and the whole team at Pole Position Auto Body did an amazing job on fixing our Buick Envision. Bob even helped out with handling all of the stuff with the insurance company which ended up being a nightmare. I'm not sure what would of happened if we didn't use Pole Position for the repairs because our car came back looking better than it did before we had it repaired! Highly Recommend Them To Everyone!!!

Amazing work at Pole Position. Took my truck here for some damage on my bed and rear door panel and the results were fantastic. Truck looks brand new again and the work was done WAY faster than I anticipated. Customer service is top notch here and it’s clear Pole Position cares about their customers. 100% would recommend this shop.

I took my vehicle to Pole Position after it was hit while parked. I’m a pretty good driver and I don’t have to navigate the insurance process often. So it was tricky shaking the rust off. Bob Frick educated me and helped to simplify things. The PP team then helped me get to the nearest rental agency, replaced the area where the accident occurred and returned my ride in a week’s time. To top it off, it looked brand new! For customer service, expertise and outstanding service, I would recommend Pole Position in a heartbeat!

Fantastic place, I came here after the positive reviews that I saw online. Someone rear-ended me, and I brought it here and everything from the first conversation was fantastic. They are very nice & helpful. I never had to call them one time, as they would give me email updates and call me keeping me up to date every step of the way. They even offered to call the car rental place to come and pick me up. Today I picked up my car, they did a fantastic job, they even washed my vehicle and vacuumed and cleaned the inside as well. This will forever be my go-to place! I highly recommend them
