Brung my 11yr old cat in almost a month ago with a sore that wouldn’t heal on her neck..Vet gave her antibiotics in shot form that I preferred.. My cat still has a sore.. Just thought that they would perform more of an exam on her meaning swabs to see what the sore was and why it’s not healing.. filled out the questionnaire as to such. But seemed to be rushed out and waited a while to be seen.. Received 10 dollars off for the wait .. Looking for another Vet service. Overall , Vet was nice vet tech was excellent subduing my very aggressive cat

I'm in my 40s and my family has been going to Parkview since I was a child. My sisters and I have continued bringing our animals as adults. Things have gone downhill there since Dr Fear left years ago. Every time I've been in with my cat I've felt rushed out. He was diagnosed with cancer 2 yrs ago and had the same issue, I had so many questions and the vet who saw us was condescending and rude. The vet who saw him at his 1 yr check up after diagnosis was much kinder and spent time with me answering questions and didn't make me feel like an idiot or a waste of time.
Sadly I had to put my boy down and that was the final straw with Parkview I woke up one morning 2 months ago and he was in horrible shape. I knew he needed to be let go and I was turned down by Parkview for euthanasia services even though he'd been under their care his entire 16 yrs on the earth. They were too busy. The only veterinarians who had ever taken care of him.
I ended up at an emergency vet that morning and spent all of 20 minutes in their building. That 20 minutes included all the paperwork, payment, and the time needed to medicate him and say goodbye but Parkview couldn't give him that 20 minutes after 16 years of paying them to take care of him.
I currently have 2 new kittens and our new vet, NMAH, has been incredible! I am disappointed I didn't move vets and get my boy better care with people who actually cared.
Don't go to Parkview!!!! You are just $$$$$$ to them and they want you and your pet in and out. They will refuse you when you and your pet need it the most.

I called because our almost 11 year old Pitbull was pacing and shaking and just acting not like himself. I was expecting to have to wait a few days to get him in but they were able to get him in same day with Dr. Purdy. She spent a lot of time going over our boy and making sure not to miss a thing! At 8 and a half months pregnant with a sick dog made me anxious but she made me feel very comfortable about our course of treatment and at ease that he’s should start feeling better soon!

First time client with sick dog. They are very accommodating, kind and professional. Did not push extra services and spoke plainly. You could really see how the people working there love animals and it’s expressed in how they treat pets and their humans.

We have been going to Park View for many many years. A recent interaction prompted me to post this review. Our family is going through a major crisis and the urgency and compassion the staff and Drs showed us reminded us as to why we take our fur babies there. They genuinely care.
