Although theres alot to say, I'll make this review brief as possible..Do not go to Jenny/Amy(she won'ttell me her name but I heard one of the guys say it just not clearly due to language barrier). She overcharged my credit card for a service that was originally $40. I requested an overly on short nails with no additions and she told me before she completed my nails that the service was $45(which was more than I normally pay). She charged me $52 after I gave her my card and then tried to tell me that their pricing is different. Now I'm a regular customer(3 years to be exact) and I normally go to one of the males at the 2 stations near the entry door and I have NEVER paid more than $35-40 dollars for either a fill or (full set/overlay) unless I get stones or design which I rarely do. I was very displeased with my service from that female tech and will NEVER go back again. You've lost a loyal customer due to bad/fraudulent business and terrible customer service!
OVERPRICED, BAD SERVICE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor service! Pedicure was rushed, nails uneven, cuticles not properly cut, heels still rough. I refused to allow him to start polishing. If I want to go home and do it myself I didn't need to come here and pay them! It's terrible don't come here! They don't speak English, they are moving like Speedy Gonzales and not really giving you a good pedicure at all! He couldn't even just file my nails or cut them evenly. This was a total waste of my time! Pissed!

Definitely will not be going back. I came in for a full set, one week later I had three nails lifting, came back for a new set, the guy doing them thought it was a good idea to rip them off and now I have nails lifting again after four days.

Until today I’ve never had a problem with them but I went in to get my toes done and the guy who did them ripped the old acrylic off my toe, and it started to bleed, then continued to work on the bloody toe nail after I told him that I didn’t want this specific toe done anymore because I didn’t want it to get infected and he ended up overlaying my toe while it was bleeding, after I said not too, and I was being the nicest I could possibly be since he couldn’t really English, but I made it clear that I didn’t want that toe done multiple after he made it bleed. I ended up having to pay full price on my toes and they tried to play it like they were supposed to be 75 when in reality he told me 55 the first time for my toes which usually they are everytime and I still ended up paying the 55, but I do not recommend the guy who did my toes his name was sang lou. And I don’t think I will ever be coming to this nail shop anymore

did my nails so unevenly and did a design on the pointer fingers I didnt ask for some nails arent down properly and look like their lifting I had to repeat myself multiple times and its ridiculous these french tips are so uneven do not come here

If only I could post the pictures of my nails that are hacked down till they are bleeding. I went in for a simple removal of tips. I explained I wanted to keep my original nails that had grown out but cleaned up and trimmed slightly. I then wanted a new color shellac. Instead of soaking he literally ripped the tips off even though he saw them bleeding and torn beyond the end of my nail bed. Instead of any repair he tried to cover with shellac. The ends are down to the skin therefore he couldn't file them. My nails are jagged uneven and still bleeding. I have had my nails done plenty. My 4 year old grand daughter could have done a better job. I will never go back and advise others to stay away.Services: Nail polish changes
