I called them on 8/6/2021 at 10:40 AM and asked a representative for a duplicate paint, he kept me on hold for 14 minutes and then he hang up on me. Very poor customer service.

A bunch of jerks... Very rude on the phone and even more so in person if you don't want to be at work and you don't want to answer questions about paint then maybe quit your job from the paint store

Always the best service. Called around and checked the internet for a type of paint. Painters Supply had it plus it was a third cheaper than everywhere else including Oreillys. The clerk behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on the shelf and guided me in the right direction for what I needed. As long as they are in business I will keep returning.

These guys are great to deal with. I use them for all my automotive paint. There prices are really reasonable and there paint is high quality. All my jobs come out looking great. I recommend if you are looking for high grade to use these guys. They won't let you down

The team at Painters Supply in Warren, MI is awesome! I'm not an owner of a large auto body shop and can't promise a big sale, but Don helped me as though I represented a huge account... they really know their products there. I learned that the bit of ugly acquired from a bad paint job on my car could be improved on my own with the knowledge I gained from Painters Supply of Warren. And you can't beat the prices... Murrays/O'Reillys, Auto Zone, etc have a much higher price tag for 2-sided tape, body molding paint, etc. Check them out!
