I called them on 8/6/2021 at 10:40 AM and asked a representative for a duplicate paint, he kept me on hold for 14 minutes and then he hang up on me. Very poor customer service.

It's hit or miss with the guys that work there. Sometimes they're nice and other times not nice. They got good car paint and other paint supplies.

A bunch of jerks... Very rude on the phone and even more so in person if you don't want to be at work and you don't want to answer questions about paint then maybe quit your job from the paint store
