If I could give 0 stars I would so myself me & my fiance have a car that was towed and it ended up coming here my fiance called before hand and asked what he needed to bring with him and what time he was told he could come when going to the lot to gather his belongs he then got into the car and turned the key on as we have to turn it on to open the trunk open he then started yelling cuss words at my fiance and put his hands on him and assaulted him and slammed the door in his face I've got his name and will be calling the manager and if it's not fixed I'll take it higher and call someone else higher up this was ridiculous all because he was mad that the place was clothing soon and he had to work a little longer just terrible service & if not fixed I will be reporting this to the BBB as well for terrible customer serive

Neuners is a great place to purchase parts for your vehicle. Jessica is knowledgeable and friendly...all the time! This is so amazing in a unhelpful world!

This place full of crooks got into an accident wasn't my fault.tried to charge me close to $400 bucks to get my car. Had no choice but to leave it. I got a chance to clean the car out. I had money in my car, some coins that were dear to me, and the tow truck driver stoled them.To the driver, they stole my coins.You know who you are.And I'm sure you've stolen from 100 innocent victims since my accident.

When you call they tell you on the phone getting access to your car is easy, when you show up it's a different story and there are so many hoops to jump through. Guy that runs the front desk has an attitude as well. Glad using this place wasn't by choice. Hope I never have to return here.

Rude, not helpful and wouldn’t even let me take a look at my mothers vehicle after she was in an accident. USE ANY OTHER SERVICE IN WARREN BUT THIS ONE!!! Save yourself the trouble and headache.

My husband passed away in a motor cycle accident when I went there to get the bike they were so awful to me asking for a Will which I already had a death certificate, Title, marriage license etc. The detective who was handling the case had notes on file etc… Stating I wouldn’t have any issues getting signing the bike over. I still felt pressure. I had to pay $790.00 cash. I had 800.00 the guy told me I don’t have change.. really? It’s a 10.00 difference know the gentleman who is picking my husbands bike up from my attorneys office out in Bay City. I said ma’am don’t worry about it. I have you for the extra three dollars. The gentleman didn’t even wanna offer me anything. All he would say yes ma’am I don’t have change. Never dealt with anyone like this in my entire life. I don’t ever want to do it again. I know so many tow companies that would never act this way or treat anyone as if money was the issue. If you don’t have to deal with Neuner‘s/bills towing I recommend you never have to do this specially if it’s a fatality. Horrible experience.Service: Motorcycle towing

This place is the biggest waste of time, even when the tow truck driver presented the right document to tow my car from out of there they didn’t let him in, this place is just trying to scam us out of more money for charging extra storage fees in the hopes you can’t afford their big bill and leave the vehicle behind, very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I called here bc once again trying to get Progressive roadside assistance to arrange a tow was a fruitless two hour ordeal. I was quoted 30 minutes, then was updated to ten, I believe he showed up even sooner. The service tech was very professional, friendly and patient given it was freezing out and I had three young kids with me. He did accept my credit card, not sure what the other review was referring to. I would use this company again in a heartbeat, great experience!Service: Car towing

I didn't use the service... BUT.I was at U-Haul for the first time and my boyfriend and I was having trouble. Suddenly, Patrick from Neuner's came and helped us out and was really kind and patient. He even gave us some tips!! He deserves a raise!!!Thank you, Patrick!

This place is a hidden gem ! I tried going to some of the pull your own part places but was having no luck trying to get a used fuel pump because I would have had to drop the fuel tank . Not that I didn't try . After several failures I decided to call around and was happy that I did . Nobody else had the part but they did . They had one pulled and ready to go and for only a few dollars more saved me the nightmare of trying to pull it myself . You have a new customer for life . I can't thank you enough !

was looking for bills towing no one is going to tell u its neuners...wasn't mean but wasn't friendly I asked bout a letter I received from sos stating my car is abandoned when my car insurance was trying to get the car thats totaled out was just simply on hold from bills towing untill I showed Iicense and title ..I asked boutthe letter he said I don't know what letter u talking bout even tho I tried to give it thought that was kinda rude . Didn't even try to look

This place was very efficient and fast. Our tow truck driver Bob was very friendly and professional. Neuters came to the rescue after we tried multiple other towing agencies with no luck. They made our morning after sitting and waiting for other tow companies for 5-6 hours they came in less than 30 minutes and got my car home!!! Amazing people and amazing service.Service: Car towing
