I have placed multiple orders for my dispensary with them and each time I have a problem with their order. Beware of their buy one get one deals. They will sell you that and then not deliver the extra free one then when it is discovered they say they are out of it and offer store credit..... had to push to get a check refunded. We will see if it ever shows up.

Worst Wholesale to make business. Customer Service has the worst treatment by phone and by email. It’s no my first order received. You blocked my account and there I Can prove you that order were received same adress I’m not Buying $1600 for personal use. It’s for business resale. Adress is comercial and daily package from Ups DHL FedEx are received with no problem . Dont give that answer to cover you fault. I have my tobacco resale and everithing need as recuestes in first email before you cancel my order. You act so irresponsible because I try to make arrangements to pick up order as an option you provide when order was placed. You just give me any option and no comunication.
In next review I’m ton to post some really customer and business oriented whole saler. Which I have previos experience and treat costumer as deserved.

My phone autofilled my previous address, ive tried calling and emailing, no one will respond. Terrible service. Now i have to dispute the charge cause no one will take care of the issue.

We had been ordering from them for a while and loved the products and shipping time. However, on our most recent order we found mold in the Nectar collectors. We call the customer service line to report the issue, but all they did was offer us $50 off the next order, and refund our money for the items. The problem isn't the money, the problem is not resolving the issue of the mold and potentially sending it to other people that could be unaware and make people sick.
