Office Gentleman is super nice and unit is good. Unfortunately after only 4 months a notification was sent that my rent will increase by $5 which I was ok with, but the next Invoice showed a rate increase of $14. Talked to Joe in the front office in regards to this, but unfortunately he was unable to help due to it being a "corporate" thing. Reached out to corporate, still waiting for a response on this situation.

The reps (TIM and Joe) there was very very helpful they helped me decide which storage to use for my storage needs and the snacks there were very good also they greet you every time you come and Go like a Great neighbor
