Terrible experience! Termite infested pig sty. It smelled so bad in the room and they close the door I thought I was gonna throw up.. The Counselor is a government chimp that doesn't care about himself so how can he help someone else!

Place is terrible been here twice on a Saturday for anger management and no one has been there both times these fools need to fired. And they wonder why people have anger problems

Came in the office and waited 20 minutes because no one was at the desk , had to call them in the back room to get someone to come up, like most mental health workers he appeared visually and audibly annoyed he has to do his job from eye rolling to sighs, I tried to setup a mental health evaluation in a certain time frame, he said that it was possible he sifted around for a couple minutes then I was told to call back tomorrow and given a card. I call back tomorrow and they’re booked till February. Another prime example of why there’s a mental health crisis going on, the workers are worse than a Walmart employee and offer little to no help as usual

The person I had dealt with today was rude and calling untrue facts about am unhappy with how she handled it. When all I had was a simple questhen that then turned into her saying I was being discriminative. I do not feel that and I feel hurt she owes me an apology

I was a walk in for a state drug test..their hours are very convenient and the service was very speedy and professional...very reliable for the area and staffing is very personable..I will use them anytime as a go-to in the future...Thanks for the courtousy and help...

If you need actual need help don't go here. They like to bill insurances for 60 min visits when they only see you for 30. Choosing this place for help really only make the situation worse. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. The office manager is extremely rude and was literally arguing and yelling at me over the phone and kept hanging up on me while I was trying to conduct business. When I was calling and I was very nice and pleasant to her was just trying to get my bill settled after I gave her my insurance information. Did not even receive the full service I should have received from this company. The way they conduct business here is really alarming to me but now also understand why people struggling never get the proper help. This is the help available and it is sad. I will not recommend anybody to ever go here so please read the reviews before you attend this clinic it is very unprofessional and you will never get The help that you need that you the manager is very rude mean unprofessional and horrible attitude I will never ever recommend this clinic to anyone I give them a zero and no stars I will not even allow my dog to go here if he needed help this is the worst place I have ever deal with in my life dealing with business and I will be calling the city and making a complaint on this company about the horrible service and unprofessional customer service I received

This place is horrible, all they do is try to sell you other services and have NO interest in helping at all. I used them because they were the court recommended cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, they are the worst. If you're doing anything court related they will always recommend extra stuff because they know you'll be ordered to do it. Seriously go anywhere else

Highly Recommended. Everyone there is kind and professional. Very flexible with scheduling and pleasant to talk with. Rita is a brilliant therapist, intelligent and outstanding in practice. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely HORRIBLE I tried calling not once NOT twice but FOUR TIMES and got hung up on every time. The first time they answered, I could hear a male in the background say “Google oh google we don’t want to talk to you” then they hung up. Very unprofessional

I went to this place with one of my relatives. I felt discriminated. The white girl at the front desk was a bit rude to us. We did not feel welcome there. She seemed to be upset with something. She might have had a bad day, but if this how she is then she must change her attitude.
