Came here today because my iphone screen was cracked of course and wouldn't allow me to do anything. Because of the cracked screen it was pushing buttons on its on and caused my phone to disable. I went to this store and the gentleman offered me a great deal on fixing my screen for my iphone 6s plus. He went on and honestly told me that it'll be a waste to get it fix as it had other problems (I REALLY APPRECIATE THE HONESTY) had i went anywhere else they would have just taken my money and i would have been back in a week or so. He then offered me on a temporary phone for a really affordable price. I went with another option and he still gave me a great price and threw in a free gift..and took his time and helped me get everything transferred to my new device...THAT WHAT I CALL GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE!! Thank you so much😊

I had a gentleman named Haitham help us with purchasing upgrades to our phones. He was helpful! Quick!! And very nice. We will go back to him for all of our metropcs needs!! 100% recommend talking to Haitham!!
