ZERO STARS!! SHIESTY LOCATION!!This is thee worst Metropcs store I've been to. I've had metro service since 2007 and have been to many locations. I bought the Moto G Stylus from them last year, was told that they'd give me a case for the phone free of charge because of the other accessories I bought. Checked on my receipt later on and found out they charged me $30 for it. Needless to say I returned it and bought a different one elsewhere. Fast forward to today, I dropped my phone and the cracked screen, checked to see how to go about replacing it due to damage and I found out that these a**holes took the phone protection off of my monthly bill. The cashier told me during the transaction that he saw that he could save me money on my monthly bill although I didn't ask, I figured maybe they had a special promotion going on or something but now I know what really happened. This place deserves zero stars and judging by the other reviews on here, it needs to be out of business. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THEY ARE SHIESTY!!

I would like to say MetroPCS have a policy where you cannot return your phone. I purchase of loan because I wanted to upgrade my old phone took the new phone home for some reason it would take a long time for my calls to go through the phone just was not working out for me. So I read my I put a picture of my receipt honest review this is what my receipts said but once I get in the store everything changes don't understand if something is not working why is it that you cannot return the phone. The receipt say it returned a device accessories or within 60 days of the purchase date of a t Mobile 5G gateway. I had everything in the box when I say everything changes once I got into this is what the salesman said show me yours receipt I received no say that this is what my receipt says. So he ran me off another and on this reciept it says reprint so I only had half of the receipt. I have been with Metro PCS for a long time but you would think ? if my receipts said return within 14 days that they should honor that. Not give me another receipt that my original receipt did not say. This is my review about Metro PCS all I'm saying is if your receipt says something else honor what that customer receipt says not reprint another saying something else. This is my review. So now I have a new phone that I paid $236. Can't use.

I've been with Metro since the beginning and have been to many of Metro different stores.By far this is The BEST Metro store I've ever been to ?❣️They are the nicest people I've ever dealt with thru Metro. Worst customer service ever. Only a few months old phone. Paid bill a week early no service. Went to this metro to try to get help. RUDE Punk kids running it. The kids running the store are Vaping while being waited on. Just plain don't care about the company they are working for.

I have to say if you want 1st in class customer service go to this Metro by T-Mobile store. I have been going there for many years and without a doubt Terry the Manager and his associate Johnny are two of the most professional and knowledgeable persons you would ever want to assist you when you need to learn about mobile. They were both courteous and helpful throughout the transaction and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Metro by T-Mobile you are fortunate to have this dynamic duo serving your customers.Thanks Again-Alan G.
