Worst place to go! I found this phone on Facebook marketplace and they were selling an iPhone XS Max. They were selling it for 300 but then when I told him is there a refund on this he said yes. A week later the speaker broke so I had to come back to him and then now he’s saying no refunds no refunds no refunds. Now he wants to charge me for fixing it and we come over like three hours away.

This is the only location I will go too.. the guy that works there is amazing In always gives you the best deals.. he don’t rip you off like all the other locations

I called and asked about offeres made to new or returning customers. He asked me to call back in 10 minutes because the store was full.. So within 40 minutes I called back twice and was feeling rushed and I dont appreciate that at all. Anyone who answers a phone should know about these things and not rush ME being a returning customer! If you dont like explaining things over the phone, maybe find somewhere else to earn your money bud.
