This is the best T-Mobile/Metro PCS store I have ever been too. The manager there is so helpful! I bought two new phones there for my wife and I, and he was able to transfer all our data from our old phones and he even gave us both free cases. No upselling whatsoever also.

Mike @ 14/Dequindre is Awesome go see him! The Metro @ 18/Ryan are terrible people. She said in order to unlock my new $300 phone, she would need to send it to her tech and would cost $125 and sold me another phone! Corp did reset in 30 seconds, apologized and will be investigating her! She said if I didn't want to have it unlocked she could give me a new number for only $100! Do your homework, STAY AWAY from 18/Dequindre!
