Super disappointed with this Menards. I spoke to multiple people and they are all so rude. The delivery department hung up on me 3 times and the kept cutting me off when trying to speak. Very bad customer service. I highly recommend going to a different location or a different store in general.

Person in paint department gave me wrong information and wrong paint. Could not get refund. Painters aren’t cheap, have to pay again because of a Menard’s employee not knowing their job. Regular customer, not anymore.

I had to go in and purchase some extension cords. Couldn’t quite find what I was looking for at first, so I asked a worker where I could find them. I don’t know if she had a bad day or what, but the fact that she was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and so put out by me talking to her really sent me over the edge. She kept repeating “that’s not my department. Talk to someone else. Don’t bother me.” Trying to interrupt me. Very disrespectful! At least the second employee who helped me was nicer than the first woman was.

Make sure you grab your receipt. Trust me. Menards seems to hope you forget it so they don't have to pay the 11% back. Spent over $300.00 in cash and got the shaft when I tried to retrieve it. I talked with one manager on the phone and he said come on up we can take care of it. Got here and a woman at the service desk said we can't do nothing. Witch is it?

So bad and awful you got some lazy workers that don't want to do anything. The other day we had to buy a cabinet and it was upstairs and the employees didn't even want to talk to us. Everybody just wants to sit on their chairs. I see workers on there phones and when we go to check out they make it more harder and they take long time it will be my first time and last time.

This store is addictive, every time I go to this store I spend a lot of money LOL. They have everything you need for your home improvement needs & they also sell some food items. The store is clean & a very helpful & curtious staff.

This is the most backward store in the US when it comes to the garden center. The there is NO entrance to the garden center from the parking lot. You have to walk all the way to the garden center to see what it is that you want to buy (bricks) and when you find what you are looking for, YOU are to walk back into the store to building supplies (in back of store) tell what YOU want and get and invoice only to walk all the way to the front of the store to pay for your items, then walk to your car and drive to a hut for the employee to check the receipt, then drive around to the same area YOU were at 20 minutes ago and wait for someone to assist you with loading.By the time YOU do all this YOU will have wasted a good hour just to get some bricks.Menards NEED to find a better way of assisting customers in the garden center.If I wanted to do some exercises I will go to a gym not MENARDS.Don't say YOU wasn't warned!

I go to this Menards weekly, if not multiple times per week. Always a good experience. Store is clean and organized. Staff is helpful and checkouts are typically smooth

Menards just does things right and this location is awesome. Staff is super helpful and friendly. They always seem to have everything in stock that is needed and prices with the rebate are always some of the best around compared to the other stores. Huge parking lot with lots of spots never too busy.

Went in on a Sunday and purchased a patio canopy for approximately 550.00. Checked out up front. Went to the back. Checked in for pickup. Waited an hour. Went back inside to be told that the computer says they have 15 in stock but they couldn’t find any. I understand not having them in stock but the lack of communication and wait time was ridiculous. Then I was told I’d have to go the service desk back up front to get a return, at which point the manager told me there was nothing he could do for me. Waste of a Sunday afternoon.

Extremely disappointed with my experience doing a store pick up. First off I had to go and pick my own lumber (why is it a store pick up if I have to pick it out myself). Secondly they didn’t assist with loading up my truck. Only reason it’s not a 0 because of Brian who was really nice and helped me load the trolly even though it was his department.
