Do not order any cabinet from Menards the all sizes are wrong and if you tell them something they will sell another thing. I had a big issue with my kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. The designers doesn’t know what they’re doing and if you design something and sizes, they would get you another size and you gonna be responsible for that because you’re Signed the papers And the managers they were not helpful at all

I like to affordable price at Menards and the different varieties they offer. However the customer service is just plain horrible. I asked a fat short white lady with short hair for directions in store, she just stared at me and just went on her way. That is so rude and racist. I hope they can do better than that.

I bought a window for my house on 3/15/24 there is a rebate I sent it to the address where I supposed to send I never received my rebate and that's happened before to me honestly I don't like to shop from Menards rebate is sucks you will never receive it and if you receive it you are lucky anybody from Menards can help me to get my rebates money ?

Devon who works back in flooring is amazing. Always able and willing to help. I've been there 5 or 6 times in a month. 5 times on his shift. He always greets all the customers and ask if he can help. I loved that. Not just me but all your customers. Very knowledgeable and he takes customers to the items they need. Most will give a isle number or point I'm the direction. I honestly can say im so thankful to see the younger generation working. Even if one of them. Hands down great worker. The other staff always nice, fast, and helpful too. Great store.

Spoke to Menards representative over the phone telling me they had riding lawn mower tires rear on sale for $24 after rebate I get there today no such tire was on the shelf and no such rebate was available and nobody help me find anything that was worth buying.
