“I went around 1pm, thinking I’d be waiting for at least an hour to be called back, because that’s always been my experience everywhere else. But not here. I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. The lady who drew my blood was very kind and patient. I have stubborn veins that like to hide. She knew all the tricks and was patient, and got me on her first try. I’m used to getting poked several times before they get it. No one enjoys getting blood drawn, but for what it was, it was a great experience.”

“Our friends referred us to Dr Bornstein and we are happy they did. Over the years he has been very knowledgeable and attentive to whatever has ailed us. He has been thorough in his explanation of treatment and has always been courteous in answering all of our questions without rushing. The office runs efficiently with very minimal wait time. We've rarely waited over 10 minutes to be called into a treatment room. The staff is friendly and our calls are returned. Great experience every time. Bonus: Labs and most imaging done in the same building. Very convenient.”

“The staff is always professional and friendly. Phlebotomists are top notch. I have difficult veins, but it’s always painless and successful. Sometimes there is a wait, but it cannot be avoided. Too many patients at the same time causes the law of physics to kick in. ?♀️”

This facility is SUPER CLEAN, comfortable & the staff is polite,kind & well groomed. Also worthy of a mention is the equipment is always in working order [ no broken /rickety blood pressure machines as a chain of med center usually has ] Love that they are thorough & its just not a rubber stamp assembly line. If your employer, know that this place is doing quality work . As an employee, I felt comfortable, secure & that it was all handled privately.”
