Very nice place you will fine everything I swear when I buy my clothes from them every one ask me from where and of course I give them the location because the service is 10 stars ..beautiful ladies very helpful and I can’t say more thank you and I appreciate people wake up in the morning and do their job like great ??

As soon as I walked in, I was basically kicked out. It was 5:58 pm on a Saturday and they close at 6pm. I was not asked “Is there anything I can help you find?” I might of needed something simple. A clerk approached me and said “Just to let you know we close at 6.” This was at 5:58 pm. Last time I checked doors close at 6pm not 5:58! I was nice to check my time and walked right out I could of continued looking. I left and went home and ordered online elsewhere. I rather give my money to companies that want it!

I recently went to the Warren location to exchange a pair of scrubs pants for a different size. However, the cashier, (Summer) was very ignorant and rude to me. She refused to return or exchange my pants and I had my receipt. I had just purchased the pants 2 days prior so I had not worn them yet. I was exchanging from a petite to tall length in pants. It would have been a few dollars in difference because the taller sizes are more. I asked her to put in my phone number for the rewards, but, she ignored me. I asked her to use my 20% off code and she replied, "that code is invalid". She got upset with me because she did not know how to calculate the difference so she refuse to carry out the transaction and called her co-worker, Vanessa to finish it. Before she walked away, she replied, "if you don't have the extra money just say that". I was also buying another set of scrubs so clearly I had more than enough money. We got into a huge argument while other customers are shopping in the store. She called me racial slurs and used the b-word as well when I asked for her name. She went into the back and still came out threatening to hurt me and kept walking near and past me. When she didn't get the reaction she thought, she walked right out the store until I left. Vanessa exchanged my pants, put in my phone number and used the code. I don't appreciate Summer's nasty attitude or poor customer service. It's clear she is in the wrong line of business if she can't treat customers with respect. She had an attitude the moment I walked into the store. She was also rude to another customer that was trying to return his scrubs. He looked at her and walked out after she refuse to return his scrubs. Hopefully, she will get fired once I talk to the corporate office or the store manager. I frequent this store often and never had any issues until now. Now I'm thinking about returning all of my uniforms because they have an idiot working there that is an eyesore to the company. Scrubs and beyond do better!

My initial visit here was to do an item exchange as well as a return for an item that wasn't quite my taste. The item I planned to exchange was easy enough. I only needed a different size so that was easily done. When it came time for my return, instead of the cashier placing the refunded amount to my debit card (which was how it was originally purchased) I was given a gift card that was only redeemable at SCRUBS AND BEYOND stores. (Which I was unaware) In my mind I assumed since it's a gift card it can be used elsewhere for purchases. Moments later upon attempting a new purchase at a different market, I was informed that I would NOT be able to make such purchase with the gift card I was given from the previous return at Scrubs and Beyond. I had to REVISIT the Scrubs and Beyond way across town YET AGAIN in an attempt to receive my refund ACCURATELY in order to make the purchase I attempted at the other market. This transaction was taking place on a Saturday and the cashier pretty much tried to blow me off & suggested I wait until Tuesday for my refund when the general manager would be available to handle it for me. The refund and other purchase was an emergency need for work that I had to have before Monday. When I declined to wait until Tuesday she then called the GM on the phone and had them walk her through how to ACCURATELY do a simple refund to my debit card. I was really pressed for time and had my small child with me and ended up spending 30 extra minutes in the store waiting for her to figure out how to fix the transaction. I wasted much gas driving back and forth to Scrubs and Beyond, and time that I can't get back. I will no longer shop at that location if I need work uniforms. What a headache I had when I left! Terrible customer service! The worst experience ever! Word of advice, please never expect to be refunded any purchases to your debit card here, the cashiers aren't knowledgeable with such transactions and will inconvenience you with a gift card that is only redeemable at THEIR store...

I usually purchase my items from the store in Westland, but I was on the other side of town for work. So I decided to exchange my pants at the Warren location. I walk up to the register, the store clerk of Latin decent greeted me. I told her I wanted to exchange these Barco pants because the yoga waistband busted at the seam where it meets the pants. I continued to say maybe this isn’t the style for me. I want to exchange it or get another set. She cuts me off and states that since she has my size in stock she can only exchange for the same pair. I was disappointed that I had to accept the exchanged, but went ahead with it asking you sure you have a small regular length. She replied; Yes. Two days later I attempted to put the pants on and they were tighter and short. I notice the tag said SP (small petite) and my original purchase was a SR (small regular). It was also confirmed my the receipt.I felt like she did it intentionally, I asked her twice about the sizing before the exchange.I didn’t just go in for an exchange. I purchased another set that day.
