My few years, At the 9mile and Vandyke, Warren location have been okay . I pay less than $300 with a discount for them preparing my taxes. An although, this year was kinda stressful for me but that's my own personal opinion. I thank Ms Donna , assistant Ms. Michelle for her good customer service while helping prep my taxes. I have only experienced great customer service at this location dealing with Donna as my tax preparer. An any questions and concerns I had was quickly answered and corrected by Ms. Donna.
I only gave the four stars ? because of the inconvenience of missing paperwork and having to work with a different tax preparer this year.
I prefer to work with the same tax prep every year not new tax preparers every year. It makes the process for me less stressful to keep the same prep. The tax prep process is already stressful enough to work with different preps makes it more overwhelming. Especially when u set an appointment with your regular preparer.
Note: Everybody experience are different this is just mines.

Well I've been dealing with Liberty Tax for the past 5 years and in that years I was only charged $150 to have my taxes done this year they charged me over $300 to get my taxes done I will stop using Liberty tax being that they doubled their prices on me this year to do my preparation my tax prepared did not sit and explain anything to me other than telling me that I have less coming back to me than I did the year before I would thoroughly check your tax place and make sure that they are charging you over $300 like they did to me worst place ever to get your taxes done I will no longer need them or use them to do my taxes

Just rude….. period… Wait time don’t make since… the lady that sit n the front desk.. Messed up on my tax card.. Didn’t say sorry even, when I stop by to get it, I still had to wait long…… One thing for sure some taxes ppl need real customers service…
