Pick up service is ca-ray-zay- complicated.If I'm doing grocery pick up, it’s likely because I want to have the convenience of just that! Grocery pick up! It used to be simple, pull in, text a number and a spot and say hi! But now, login reset a password, scan a small QR code and then the app doesn’t sync and the website is logging you out and why can’t I just text you that I’m here! I was ready to get out lolOur service otherwise was fine and our delivery guy was nice

Finding a parking spot is difficult pretty much all day. Once inside, the layout is nice, but the flow of customer traffic is often difficult. Not the store's fault, just a warning. They may not have the vast selection of a larger store (Meijer/Wal-Mart), but the produce looks better.

Terrible scanning system! Sneeze on the machines and forget it! “Help is now on the way” and as soon as as they leave, scan another item, and now the bagging system is claiming you didn’t put the product in said bag and now you have to play with the machine but wait, help is on the way! Terrible! Will stick to Meijer

Kroger pick up employee told me the system had crashed and that they would need to complete my transaction inside. I had my special needs daughter with me which made it basically impossible for me to go inside (which is why I chose to get my groceries by pick up). The lady asked me for my pin to complete my transaction and then stole 548 dollars from me. I'm so disgusted I'll never be able to trust anyone again or look at this kroger without feeling sad.

Truly a horribly run store. This store is out of more food than it carries. Legitimately, every time I have shopped here, I have to come back because a quarter of the groceries are gone. It doesn’t even matter the time of day or day of the week you go, the store will not be stocked. I’ve gone after they got a truck, I timed it, and they were still missing groceries. It’s simple things like ground turkey, olive oil, cool aide, the list is endless of the things they are missing. Additionally, the carts are never stocked. Store looks a mess ALL THE TIME. Does the manager that works here not look at their sales prior to ordering.Additionally, the ev charger has been broke for months to no resolution. I’ve called and was told oh well.

I tried the delivery option and they never delivered my groceries. I will be contacting my credit card company and refruting the charge. I have attempted to contact their customer service team and can't get a person on the phone or on their chat feature online.In store is great but their delivery is a complete scam.

I’m never shopping from this Kroger again. I experienced the worst customer service here. Either they had false “on the floor” advertising or their employees don’t care, either way it’s unacceptable as a business. They advertised on the actual item’s price tag about a deal going on that would have saved me a good deal of money and they wouldn’t abide by it. This isn’t the first time either. I’ll be shopping anywhere but Kroger from now on!

I'm constantly getting expired food from here. If I don't remember to check the expiration date on everything, I always end up with an expiration item. From meat, dairy, candy, chips, snack cakes....

This Kroger was clean, fully stocked, had a tremendous variety, and offered many items on sale. The staff was pleasant, and we really enjoyed shopping there. The checkout area was a bit congested, but NOT horribly so. I look forward to shopping there again soon!

Sharrie refused to take any bottles back that Krogers machines wouldn't scan. I bought the 16 oz Mountain Dew bottles at this store. It's not my fault that your machines will not scan the bottles. I asked Sharrie when customer service closes and I was refused a straight answer. This was 8:45 pm on Tuesday, November 28th.

Manager Reprimands employees out in the right in front of my father in law and about 10/15others , So Unprofessional i really felt bad for the employee Moreover Kroger's..idk what happened it was very disrespectful..i hope he's counseled im sure im not the only one who didn't like it. Cux ever one just froze.idk if I'll go to that store for awhile ...going to Kroger so long I can remember the jingle that used to have from back in the seventiesLet's go Krogering for the best of every thing including the Price
