I purchased a Kroger Boost membership several months ago for grocery delivery services, and initially it was great. The last several weeks, orders have been poorly fulfilled, cancelled at the last minute, and just all around terrible. I had a scheduled delivery between 4-5pm today. At 6:15, when I had not received my order or any updates, I spent 20 minutes on hold with customer service to be told that they were running late and approximately 30 minutes out. 10 minutes after hanging up, I got a notification that my order had been cancelled yet again, however the email stated that I requested the cancellation, which is just not true.
I spent another 20+ minutes on the phone cancelling my Boost membership and requesting a refund for the membership charge they just billed me for 4 days ago.
I am aware that Kroger direct deliveries come from the distribution center, however my membership is billed through this location and based on the current reviews of the distribution center, Kroger doesn’t care what those reviews are. If you’re considering a Boost membership for grocery delivery, don’t waste your money.

It's more than half an hour before close and they've closed all of the checkout lanes except one self checkout. Now the line is stretching to the middle aisle, at least 25 customers deep. Screw this, I'll just go ro Meijer.

The pharmacy is not a good pharmacy to use .2 months in a row they could not fill my script on time even though they they had my last script for over a month knowing when it needed filled. Not even a phone call so that I could have my doctor send it somewhere else where it could be filled on time. As a disabled Marine corps veteran that has been suffering from chronic pain for over 20 years this is unacceptable.

I was shopping in the produce section while it was being restocked and because of this I had to ask about items I needed that weren't restocked yet. Harmoni, the young lady that was working produce at the time was so kind and helpful! She stopped what she was doing to go to the back and grab me 3 fresh broccoli crowns ??? AND SHE EVEN BAGGED THEM FOR ME! Thank you Harmoni for going the extra mile and presenting wonderful customer service with a smile!
