I shop here often, spend quite a bit of money here I ordered a pick up for 5-6pm I arrived and was told they were running behind they would call me back. I called at 7:30pm and the lady was very rude and said the order was almost done they would call me back. I call at 9:00pm now it's closed ! The lady was very rude. They charged my card and I have nothing. That lady needs to be fired. It wasn't even a big order.

This Kroger store has two sets of surveillance cameras in it's parking lot.
(1) The cameras outside attatched on the Kroger building covers it's parking lot are owned by Kroger (2) The second set of cameras are not attatched to the Kroger building; this set of cameras are owned by Warren Police Department and they cover the Kroger parking lot as well.
As a lifelong Kroger shopper, I thought that these cameras were to monitor the parking lot for theft, etc.; to provide a more secure showing experience for Kroger shoppers, City of Warren citizens and anyone else that decided to shop at Kroger.
Ased on experience, I come to know that this Kroger store did not help me by using their cameras to determine who stole from me in their parking lot. I understand that the police control the second set of cameras but Kroger controls the first set of cameras that are attached to the Kroger building. I was very disappointed that the Kroger management (Dustin and Barry) were not willing to check their cameras and then let me know who they seen steal from me. Super disappointed because in my lifetime me and my family have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars shopping at Kroger. Plus I thought part of the reason was to provide an extra layer of security for shoppers to enjoy a secure shopping experience.
Kroger has my phone number, I left it with Dustin. If Kroger calls me back and is willing to help me, I will do another review and indicate that Kroger employees, Dustin and Barry, helped me. If not, I hope that this review alerts Kroger customers that Kroger surveillance is useless for shoppers if the get anything stolen from them in the Kroger parking lot.

This is a terrible location. The store is filthy, the bathrooms and parking lot are even worse. Their produce is always in rough shape. The deli is rarely open, and neither is the meat counter. Lots of expired food.

They have moved the store around however it is cleaner and the staff are still very very nice
