The woman pharmacist just sits on her butt the whole shift. Instead of getting up to talk to a patient, she yells across the area where everyone can hear your business. Also, there is always a line and not more than one person steps up to take care of it. They have nothing together and gave wrong vaccine information. No other pharmacy have i been to where the pharmacist sits down in a chair all day.

This Kroger was clean, fully stocked, had a tremendous variety, and offered many items on sale. The staff was pleasant, and we really enjoyed shopping there. The checkout area was a bit congested, but NOT horribly so. I look forward to shopping there again soon!

Bottle return area is a health code violation. The smell is like nothing you've smelled. You should drive here just to smell it. The machines are always full or broken. This time is no different. Called inside 3 times and was hung up on. Walked in the 4th time and called. Asked for assistance. After another 10 minutes, I left and put my returnables back in my truck. Now for shopping. Some days are good, some days are bad. Depending on what day if the week you ship, it could be well stocked or shelves in produce (for example) will be empty. I will shop here. It's my Kroger. But they do let me down on certain areas frequently. Could management maybe learn a sense of ownership?

This pharmacy makes its own hours. They will close early, not open on time or close in the middle of the day.

Went today for a sale on crab legs. Needed 3lbs for my husband's birthday dinner. I searched online trying to find out when the seafood counter opened but couldn't find it, I got there at 9am. I asked one of the workers if they anymore because there wasn't any out. He said they will be out at 10am. I told him I couldn't find the time and got here at 9am. I did my shopping and was done by 9:25am. I went and stood at the counter and workers were back there but no one would serve me until 9:55am. I wanted to walk out but my husband really wanted the crab legs. None of them were friendly at all. Then I went to the deli and an older woman sliced the lady's lunchmeat before me, she finished and just stood there with the bag waiting for the lady to look up her. She never said a word just stood there holding the bag. I told the lady her lunchmeat was ready since the lady that sliced it was obviously not going to say any thing. It was really bad customer service at both counters. It doesn't appear like any of them like their jobs except the nice person at the self check out. Will only go back there for a really great sale. They were just rude.

Today I was shopping in Kroger getting a few things and I came to the aisle where it had cereal and they had a digital coupon that you had to use to get the discount I didn't have the app so I downloaded it and I was trying to upload my Current Kroger plus card to the app but it wasn't letting me so there was an employee in the aisle his name was Mike, I'm a pretty tech savvy person but I couldnt figure it out Mike sat there with me and walked me through the steps help me figure it out, took his time out of his day more or less 5 to 10 minutes just to get it figured out for me. I feel Mike went way above and beyond for me today hat off to your sir glad to know there are still great people in this world today other store employees definitely wouldn't have done the same as Mike. Will be returning to this Kroger location for now on! Great job Mike and 13 mile and little Mack Kroger store!

I've had more issues with this pharmacy than anything. This is the second time that they did not have my prescription shot I need TOMORROW and no one called and told me. I called to fill the prescription a week ago. Left me at the last minute to run around and figure out how to get this filled. They are not helpful and terrible at answering the phone. My new pharmacy had to call them 3 times with no answer. I had to call and complain to get them to finally answer my new pharmacy. Do not recommend. I will be leaving this pharmacy.

God how I wish this Kroger was run as goog as the old one was on 14 mile & Schoenherr. No one available to ask questions of on a Wed at 3:30, and not enough lanes open for all the shoppers. I'll pay more and go to Meijer to stay away from this hot mess of a store.

My husband and I came here to get him a vaccination shot, initial intent. This store has only been newly built the last year and a half. It's quite modern looking from the outside. It was the closest location we were able to find to get it scheduled for this week. Most, if not all other convenience stores with pharmacies and clinics had already run out of Pfizer since i the Oakland county health had run out as well. It was about an hour ordeal for us. They made us stay in place to make sure he and I were both okay to go after 15 minutes, just in case. They take appointments until 8pm. Your second appointment is automatically scheduled after you get a confirmation for your first one for 21 days out for around the same time slot as the first. My husband and I both tried to get an appointment many times over a few days to get this one appointment for him. We went and grabbed some coffee and other items, since we were already here after my 15 minute wait. Unleaded gas is only $2.69 today. Got lucky, they had some folks not show up today and I was able to get my shot in the end. Yeah. I got it into my less dominate arm, since it can be sore for a couple of days. Had to give them my driver's license for ID and my insurance card. They had me fill out a consent form. Diala administered the shots, she's the pharmacist here. Super cool and great bedside manners. She's quick and efficient. I felt the needle go in and felt the pressure of the dose. Felt a bit dizzy and foggy afterwards. It subsided after 7 minutes or so. Glad we waited for the Pfizer dose. I was glad we were both able to get our first dose today and so lucky that a few folks were no shows too. The Pfizer vaccine expires at 8:30pm each night.

I stopped in for the 5 for $10 Coke six pack bottles. You had to have the Kroger card to purchase for that price. The good thing was no limit and second there was plenty. I purchased 10 because of the price. The beer selection is really good here. The store was clean. I used self scan. Was out very fast.

While I absolutely love the pick up and click list option of Kroger. I am disgusted by their going green attempts. If you use Kroger clicklist, you will NOT get a receipt. You get a normal size piece of paper with their out of stocks but you will not get a receipt. This is Kroger's new corporate policy. Last order was over $200. There were 7 or so out of stocks. I was told I had to go to Kroger's website to see the price I paid it was charged. I ordered 3 meat items and must have been out of stock on a pack of ribeye, but was charged $40 looking on Kroger's site, the only way I can see what I ordered, showed the amount I owed changed from over $200 to $152.89 I called the store to let them know there was an issue and I didn't get the correct items. I went over the info to Emily at the store. She was friendly and helped me. Also let me know Kroger will not offer a receipt any longer. She also told me the price was $25 less than I was charged so $137 is what she saw I was charged. Wow. Kroger corporate, your practices are bogus. It's a receipt. And humans can error. Still waiting for my bank account to reflect the correct amount. I called to talk to the store manager was put on hold twice then I was hung up on. I called Kroger corporate but was strange to talk to a lady with a screaming baby in the background. Guess calls are out sourced...? She couldn't hear me. Was rude and left me on hold for over 10 minutes. What is happening to Kroger?! I also left a message to call or email me about my issues with clicklist. Nothing The employees of Kroger are amazing. Kroger corporate are shooting these poor people in the foot and setting them up for failure. I don't shop at Walmart, meijer or target. But I think I might have to stop shopping at Kroger. Corporate could care less about the customers or employees for that matter. Clicklist says they have constant calls about the complaints of no receipts. It takes more energy and time for them and their customers now they don't get a way to track what they bought or received. Setting the customers and employee up for failure. Nice job Kroger corporate. Always adding more work to your staff.
