WE NEED MORE BLACK OWNED BEAUTY SUPPLIES! The customer service here absolutely sucks. The way this place wouldn’t be in business without black women but yet it appears all the foreign employees turn their nose up towards us,SMH. I WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING this beauty supply! Until then ill keep purchasing from hair secret beauty supply in Oakland mall, shop with them they’re amazing!

This place is massive! Kind of difficult to find what you're looking for. I even asked for help and was directed to an aisle that didn't have the item I was looking for. Thankfully another customer helped me find it so I wasn't wandering around for awhile.

This place is convenient and definitely has a variety of products but wondering if they experienced some type of theft recently because “owners” walk the store watching customers as they shop. Suggestion: if you’re going to watch people as they shop, at least make yourself friendly and speak.

I would give 0 stars if it was allowed. I have tried on several occasions to contact Kelly Beauty for an order I placed online with them with no success. They will not respond to emails, phone calls or text messages. I placed an order for 8 bottles of the 8oz size of the Bonfi Natural Oil-Free Wig Shine, however when I received my order, it contained 8 bottles of the 8oz Via Natural Oil-Free Wig Shine a completely different product. The Bonfi was advertised on the website as available, and I had no idea the other product was available. I specifically placed the order for this product and the order confirmation stated that is what I ordered and paid for. All I want is the correct product sent and to return the incorrect product. Called in advance, was asked my name because competitors often call to price match, was told I could get a double pack of Milky hair which cost $79.99 and would give me 50% off. Once I got there was told the guy I spoke with was not there and told nobody gave me that information (so if the guy I spoke with was not there how would you know what was discussed) What upset me most is that the cashier kept trying to over talk me, that will be my first and last time in that store

I ve been going to the beauty supply store for a while never had a problem until recently I brought a wig I opened up the box and it was short I never put it on my head everything was intact. Someone else must have tried it on and left. Make up on the comb and I got blamed for something I did not do I wanted to return my wig to get a longer unit, but she blamed me for putting make up on it. Just be careful you guys. We spend our hard earned money, and we would like to get what we ask for at least I will order on line it’s is ridiculous
