Ask for Nick he’s the best. Fun and Friendly sales guy. Nick got me in a car within 24 hours. He got me set up with a great finance plan and I was driving at no time. Kal’s Auto is the best. Go in to see those guys there for a great car and great service.

Kal's Auto in Warren is the go to spot! Nick is always awesome to deal with, he's friendly, fast, and will have you in and out in no time. He doesn't pressure you to buy. My overall experience has been top tier, I went in one day right before closing to test drive a vehicle and drove it off the lot the very next day.

Update: So it’s been only a little over 3 weeks since I have purchased the car I have from Kal’s auto. I’ve never in my life have had so many issues with a used vehicle. When you purchase a used vehicle sure enough yes it is used but it should not be hesitant to start, not accelerating over 25-30 mph, electrical issues when I use the blinker, check engine light is on, brake pads needs to be done, an alignment and also over heating. ESPECIALLY with a vehicle over $18,000.I've never been so frustrated in my life. When I call and talk to them all they say is “ it’s a used vehicle “. I’ve purchased several used vehicles in my life and I swear I have never experienced this. Issues within a week of having the car. They’re not understanding my frustration because they’re not the ones that signed those papers or paying over $18,000 for a vehicle..so yes I’m going to be mad and angry. Ive complained about the issues just 3 days of having the car. Took it to their mechanic and apparently the issue was not fixed. If it isn’t fixed I will be suing for them selling me a lemon. Yes, there are laws when it comes to selling vehicles that are lemons. Don’t get me wrong they’re very pleasant people but of course because they’re selling vehicles. but what I’m going through with this vehicle is absolutely wrong. You just don’t do people like this spending hard earn money. Everyday it’s something new with this car that’s wrong. No car should be leaving off the lot with this many issues. It’s like they don’t drive the cars or test them before selling them. You don’t do good hard working people like this. Please beware!! If my vehicle isn’t fixed I will be suing for sure!
Wow!!!! Where do I begin. By far the best Auto dealer I’ve ever been to. When I first called inquiring about a vehicle Nick was very helpful. Everyone was so pleasant and nice! I’m so happy I decided to go there. I took a Lyft there and was going to take one home but Nick was so nice and took me home. Long story short if you’re looking for a good reliable vehicle don’t hesitate to come to Kals! I promise you won’t regret it! Go get that car!!! Thank you to all the staff members!!!

Bad credit, bankruptcy, no worries! I made one call and the rest is history. The process was so smooth and they definitely helped me get back on the road quick. I am thankful for this place 10/10 recommend! Car is clean and in great condition!!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience and I’ve done this a few time and this experience is the best.

Kal is the best! I wasnt sure I could get in a whip because my credit was shot and I didnt have a lot to put down. They really worked with me and got me into a nice car. They didnt do a whole lot of sales talk just straight to the point and got me behind the wheel.
